To know the values of subscripts 1 and 2 or u and g you considered Sigma xz as milecular plane, but if we consider Sigma yz as moleculer plane then the subscripts of row 2 and 3 will swap. What would be its effect on molecular properties if we consider Sigma yz as the molecular plane.

Water has pt grp C2v = C2+2sigma v means there r 2 planes .xy and yz
