What exactly was your 2014 doing? We are have intermittent no starts also on our 2016. New battery and new starter. Still does it time to time. Is the stater relay located in the same spot as the 2012s? Thanks

@@JustinMentionedIt It ended up being a bad “New” battery. I took it out and had it load tested at AutoZone. Battery was fine until it was under load. I returned the duralast battery and bought a EverStart Platinum AGM from Walmart. Car now starts faster then it ever has.

Having issues with my 2018 Acadia. Relays are a bit different. 2 starter relays and none others are similar.
Can u swap one to other just keep track which was where so u can reverse the process

I’ve been having this issue with my 2017 Acadia, the car shuts off while driving and cranks after sitting a while. It also won’t crank if i turn the car off and then cranks after hours later. I was told it’s my starter, an electrical problem and the battery although I’ve just replaced it
These are known for electrical trouble I would check or start with replacing relay

So was the symptom you turn the key, electrical switches on, but the starter doesn't come on. This happened once over the summer and just happened again two nights ago. If I waited like 5 min...then the car started. Thoughts??
Possability relay or maybe relay getting hot

I have a 2018 gmc acadia, it has died on me 3 times, once about 4 months ago, used jumper cables, turned on right up, all good till yesterday, went to store got out, and dead, jumper cables again, and this morning...again....but now its all good, checked battery and apperantly its still good, so i dont know what it could be🥲
Check terminal connections most-likely u need to replace that battery
I been having the same problem, I’m about to go change the thingy he did and if that don’t work, several other videos said it could be a molular ? Idk what exactly that means but we have changed the battery, belt, alternator and some grownd wire.
The you tuned videos my kids father watched said it’s a hard thing to find or many mechanics ate not aware.
Will try to post and if y’all know please advise.

Prolly not this could be somthing else this is known for fuel pump moduel getting hot then it cools down and start that is a possibility
Its crazy. Mine will be completely dead and the key gets stuck. When i pop the battery cover and proceed to put a socket wrench to the negative battery as if to remove it..i get a small spark and all the lights turn on and power is restored. This starts the vehicle every time. Anyone know what coupd be the culprit?
Check to see if ground cable is good
Just curious, do you know if the car would click when the owner tried to start it, or was it just silent? My mom is having trouble with her 2011 Acadia. She says it won't start, the key gets stuck, and she shuts the door, then the radio turns on, and it starts.

I’m having the same issue yesterday we went to the store and it was fine, came back and didn’t want to start up, after a few minutes it started up like nothing happen. Not sure if this would be the case?
Yeah seems like somthing similar we had this relay issue also it was coolent tem sensor once’s it cooled off sensor gave low ready it turned back on so it could be either or starter
