    Trap bar deads/jumps in general are most under appreciated exercises ever.. u gain a lot of explosive power and mass from while preventing injuries back squats and conventional deadlifts are known for

    How can i add bands to my trap bar jumps as i do not have anything to lock them down to

      you can use DB's to overload and release @ bottom, or add bands to heavy dumbells (also haver to use small plates to lock dumbells so they don't roll) ... it's a bit of a pain in the butt to setup... but if you have a powerlifting platform or squat rack that helps a lot - if not I would do depth drop jumps ... simpler and similar training effect
