The topic of her master thesis was "Narcissism in leading positions - differences between female and male narcissism". In this context, she also was part of a team of six that conducted the world's largest study on narcissism in Germany. This study even made it to the front page of the Harvard Business Manager. Angela will talk about what you should know about narcissism! This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Thank you, a very informative session.
Only one thing to take out of this , never doubt yourself!!
We are basically being asked to put up with slippery behaviour.
Are narcs themselves prepared to self reflect?
Dealing with a covert narcissist is a sure way to mental torture. Excellent charmers, indeed, but with an insidious, covert tactics. You never know when a narc would strike. They can turn a mentally stable individual into an unstable one. A workplace becomes a sadistic torture chamber.
Perhaps, teaching narcissism at schools would assist. But it's no guarantee.
Perhaps, another indepth session directed at narcissist s themselves would do. Telling them to stop manipulating and exploiting others. To stop deceiving and wasting others'time. Forever, brown nosing a narc never ends.

I agree. NPD is the one of the few disorders where the rest of society has to be more accountable than the person with the disorder. It is akin to navigating toddlers that think everything is theirs and no one else has a right to anything; not even basic boundaries. They bully and B.S. their way to the front of the line, take however much soothes their excessive need for external validation, and then destroy whatever is left so that they feel like they "won".

Satan has been playing with the brain 🧠 of humans. There is only one character in this world that is not subjected to change. Show me Satans character and we will end up defining narcissism.
