Just got one as a daily about a month ago. 140k miles 2010 completely stock. Already got a brand new low pressure and high pressure fuel pump. Thing runs like a dream. Prefer this over my Audi a4 😊.
Just to clarify - you need the AP (OR VERSATUNE) to make your Speed faster because you MUST get a tune for your car after installing power modifications and your tuner needs to see datalogs to perfect a base tune.

Mine is all cobb and cork sport. New turbo and stage 3 tune, front mount intercooler. Keep in mind I'm a master mechanic so I did all the work. Love your speed 3, if you come to the east coast hit me up
A BPV(diverter valve) is better for our engines for sure. If people want the venting sound, get a dual port. I have a turbosmart dual port and it works great. You can set it to full recirculation (BPV action) - full vent to atmosphere (BOV) and anywhere in between.
Pretty good video ! CAI give more air flow and intake noise , turbo inlet give you more top end rpm but the downpipe is really what you need to free the engine. Trans Mount is something you can add too it make the car waay stronger

Really need to do the roof and everything black looks so good been focused on my engine bay and getting all the covers and corksport heat shields just saving up for the coolant reservoir next
The corksport coolant tank is definitely a nice touch! Love mine
Chrome delete is very important not a lot on our cars but around fog lights and all the logo/lettering
When you say spray your tail lights, do you mean like a very thin layer of spray paint or something else? Id love more information on that cause it seems super quick and easy and looks great!

Great video, I'm trying to buy one but I want to make sure because is modified already by the owner, the car looks amazing, it has full coilover, a different turbo which is my concern about the car, intercooler and more, the guy says it is making like 380 hp. Sorry for my English 😂

Get compression test numbers from the previous owner first and foremost. Ask the owner if they have HPFP internals as well.

Thanks for this! Just picked up a 2012 with 18,800kms (Yes that is correct with a 12 year service history!) I used to have a 2012 back in 2012 but wrecked it, keen to get back into it all! Just a quick question and it probably is totally normal, but there seems to be some sort of clunking in-between 1st-2nd-3rd. The car is bone stock so I'm thinking maybe RMM? I know a lot of speeds have clunking etc that that its not normally an "issue". Already got a HPFP and AP on their way!

Hello. I kinda' search for mazdaspeed 3 pov or exhaust sound pretty much everyday so i'm curious about something. I own a mazda 3 hatchback 2.0 disi 150 hp. I'm planning to 'boost' her with a mazdaspeed3 rear spoiler and with some black wheels to make it look better. ( i have a silver liquid version ). But other than that... can i do something about the sound? to boost that little exhaust with a downpipe or whatever? ( don't know shit about cars&tunning, i just enjoy watching videos of tunned mazda ) :D thanks man and enjoy your mps beast

I’m really surprised after all you’ve spent you still don’t have an aftermarket intake manifold, the stock one is such hot shit even on stock turbo it’s better in the long run for the life of the engine.
Trust me there’s so much more things than you just see on the exterior money’s been put into lol. The problem is most ppl dont include everything they’ve spent, but I’ve added everything to the penny. Lol living in Canada sucks
