I know you don’t want to be political but it is innately political to say israel is a country but hong kong is not. it’s unfortunate that you seem to believe that; if you wish to remain apolitical, you may want to consider excluding mentions of controversial states.
A quick google search tells you that Hong Kong is not a country and Israel is so what’s the problem??? Not sure how stating factual information is political….
Hong Kong has never been a country. It was a British colony which we ( the British ) established after the Opium wars. Then after extending its territory we agreed to a 99 year lease from China which ran out in 1997. @kataurobinson it appears that the only person whom wants to be political is you.
