Happy Birthday Sean, I have a question for you or anyone who might have some insight. I watched your show with Peter Park and bought the book and have gotten through the first four weeks and feel great. I'm 46 years old and trying to get back to racing in 5Ks and longer runs. I have heard that aerobics can be bad for people over 40 because it can increase cortisol levels, lower testosterone and lower the immune system. I'm asking this, because I have time on Saturday mornings to do a lot more slow easy cardio, but would this be a good thing. I mean could I do 2, 3, or 4 hours of this 75% effort cardio and burn more fat. I say this because, I'm in fairly good shape, i'm just carrying around an extra 25#s right in my gut and want to get rid of it as fast as possible. Love the show, thanks.
