Mike Barnes is the character that made a complete 180 from who he was in KK3. His reaction to Daniel showing up seemingly out of nowhere was just great. If you’d of said Daniel Larusso and Mike Barnes would be having a civil conversation, and not only that, horsing around like high school buddies, I think every Karate Kid fan would call bs!

You said it, brother! That’s the truth. It’s pretty surreal to see them in that first scene together in Cobra Kai, after everything that’s happened in KK3.

I met Sean during a parent and staff meeting at Hollywood High school back in 2012. When he walked into the room, i immediately recognized him. Very awesome dude in person. Great interview bro.👍

The actors in Cobra Kai have all been amazing. Since watching season 1, I've realized that William Zabka has really stood out. I think he's just as good as Ralph, maybe even a little better. Ralph is very good at portraying frustration and anxiety.

The third one was not good enough but at did very good on VHS and DVD world wide but the Cobra Kai was the right way to have Mike come back

Who would have known Mike Barnes was the character we most end up rooting for redemption in cobra Kai series? He went from intense mercenary to intense and hilarious furniture salesman. His bromance with Johnny was underrated and underused in s5 I hope they expanded it s6. Sean Kannan was brilliant and I'm glad he's back for s6 👊😂
