We spent 1 day exploring Angkor Wat (and it was absolutely enough) 🇰🇭

Angkor Wat, the biggest temple complex in the world, and once upon a time the center of the mighty Khmer Empire. As it is a huge temple complex, it is pretty much impossible to visit everything in one day. But ticket prices are also crazy, $37 per person (not including transportation), which forces you to really think about how much time you want to spend there. We decided for a 1 day ticket, and did the small circuit. That is the most basic one, and takes you to all the most famous spots like Angkor Wat, Bayon, and Ta Prohm. Some people say anything less than 3 days is not worth it, but I must disagree. One day is absolutely enough for most people. Don't believe me? Then join us as we explore Angkor Wat!
