      I do the butterfly kick while doing the breaststroke. What are the pros and cons of swimming that way?

    Thankyou ! Won an argument. Arms and legs do NOT work simultaneously, there is a slight pause with legs....basic Propulsion.

    The importance of the glide in breaststroke
    ) it is the only period in the stroke when your entire body is streamlined

      I keep my arms on my sides and my head under water during the glide. Is that the best way to glide?

    This could be a breakthrough for a nervous swimmer I'm doing the wrong thing by forward thrust of arms and a kick at same time can not wait to try sequence at pool
