Wow thank you so much ma for this life saving tutorial ma God bless you ma Pls on the stack aspect its dummy part put on the board ma,and on the on the cake Or the cake part on the board and on each cake ma.thank you ma.
Thanks for sharing the process. Did you pre-drill the holes in the cakes. Would have loved to see the process of running cake and dummy through the hole/dummy. Maybe share that in a short video please 🙏 . Thanks so much
Yes, you should put a hole through the dummy before covering in fondant so it's easy to stack.. we lost a part of the clip, if you watch again you will notice the hole while covering the cakes with fondant.
I truly appreciate your efforts trying to to teach on here, I have similar cake to do , immediately a thought came to check your RUclips page then boom it popped up . is this 6 inches high dummy you used?
Weldone ma this is beautiful, just wanted to know if your fondant recipe is the gelatin method or egg white? And how many of of fondant did you use to cover each cake.
Thanks for this ma'am. Please when stacking is it the part with the dummmy that faces the ground? And won't the pipe that was melted to seal break out eventually
The dummy part will be down and the cake part up. No your pipe won't break if it's well secured... you don't have to melt it, you can also drill the board and then secure with hot glue.
This video came through for me ❤( saving grace precisely, cos i have similar cake to do. Thank you for doing this Gods blessing My question is , will the get ganache get cooled before whisking And can u pls kindly write our tge ganache recipe here Thank you in anticipation
Please were dowel rods insert on the individual cakes before stacking?? Also how did you insert the dowels you mentioned for the sides. And did you use separators in the stacking?
Dummies can hold the weight of the cakes which are up on them , these three layered cakes will collapse, if it would been just in cakes instead of dummy, Dummy will make steardy and will withstand for longer time
The knowledge you share on this platform is really well appreciated like your tutorials are well detailed and well precised 😸. If it's not too much trouble please can you make a tutorial video on how to cost this cake designs please

Can l use buttercream instead of ganache.
Please were dowel rods insert on the individual cakes before stacking?? Also how did you insert the dowels you mentioned for the sides. And did you use separators in the stacking?
Please ma,, is it compulsory we use chocolate garnash? Can buttercream be used also before covering with fondant?
Am curious too ma❤
Another question that I have is that ,,,,,, did you put stacking beaord in between the cake.,,, pls ma🙏🙏🙏
Please what is warm cream in your ganache
Please is the dummy on the board or the 2nd cake is standing on it?
Thanks so much for this. Please which part of the cake faces up? Is it the part with dummy?
You are welcome!. The dummy part should face down and the cake part upwards
@@cakesbyl.a waow, thanks so much for the quick response. U're so humble. God bless you 🙏
Thanks so much it is amazing ❤
Please what’s the name of the fire tool you used to melt the plastic rod ma.
Very lovely. 🎉🎉🎉. Pls why were the dummies used?
My thoughts too
Dummies can hold the weight of the cakes which are up on them , these three layered cakes will collapse, if it would been just in cakes instead of dummy, Dummy will make steardy and will withstand for longer time
@@abbarajuushakiran814 O ok. Thank you for the reply.
Hi ma'am . What did you do in the end with that machine? Was it the steamer? And for what purpose?
It's a steamer...it helps to loose all the cornflour stains and restore vibrancy to the the colours of the fondant
It is necessary to cover cake with fondant??
We can't directly decorate cake on ganache.
Really helpful, but why do we have to attach dummy
This is so so sweet.my Boss lady, , please how did you know the part that has dummy.
Exactly my question
What the essence of using cake?
Is this stacked in the venue or from the office
This was recorded for RUclips demonstration. It's better you stack at the venue
Thanks for the reply
Beautiful.. Why did you have to use dummy for d halves you cut out, why not cake all through without dummies
1/4 th of it (not half)... the dummy gives a firm base for structure purpose..i guess that's the price to pay for having this structure.
Is the baker suppose to the client about the dummie been attached to each of the cake
@@cakesbyl.a OK. Understood ma
Ma'am are using dummy on all three layers
The knowledge you share on this platform is really well appreciated like your tutorials are well detailed and well precised 😸.
If it's not too much trouble please can you make a tutorial video on how to cost this cake designs please
Hi are each cake half cake half dunmy or just the bottom cake has the dummy
Can this be done with just cake ma?
No dummy?
I wont try it with just cake...the dummy part provides firmness for structure purpose
@@cakesbyl.a okay ma
Thank you ma
