@@SupportingTechniques Do you mean it was repaired with handmade parts? This is a commercially available product that was made for many years (decades). Looks to be an older KyKo/National model.
It is an English KYKO fan from the 20s, the only thing they added was the protection for the blade, my grandfather had one of these fans, there is a lot of information on the internet about this fan.
Neat! Must not be that rare, I'm looking at one right now, a very nice example that has only been fired a few times. My boss has one of the nicest stirling engine and appliance collections in the world, there is a little "museum" only about 20 feet from my desk. Great stuff just to marvel at.

yes am sure this is handmade . because the piston and rotary system is made in local workshop
