Nevada has no personal state income tax. Our property taxes are low. Mark Wahlberg just moved here. They are saving loads of money in taxes. And it's a short flight to Los Angeles. It's beautiful here. I love living in Las Vegas!

I lived in Southern Highlands for about a year renting a pretty nice house with two other people. The rent was not too bad before the Covid I’m sure it’s outrageous now. For Vegas area, it’s probably one of the safest neighborhoods.
Rent in Vegas IS definitely insane these days. You'd be lucky as heck to find a place for $900-$1,000, and that generally for a studio apartment out here.
