To be honest most people in business or 1st don't have to worry if people are price conscious or can only afford economy they're not going to shell out $100 or $50 for a lounge. I know I wouldn't when I used to take eeconomy
Probably the reason why not a lot of people talk about this anymore is because the seat at it's core is still a reverse herringbone but with great cabin finishes and detailing + a door. Meanwhile Qatar Q suites is a bespoke custom design that is a innovative staggered seat in a yin yang configuration. So it's a good seat for Ethiad, but not as flashy.

Because they threw away all those people it had as loyal customers by decimating Business class bit by painful bit .
