I have discovered your profile and I am hooked. I am a Travel Agent and I agree with the Amenity kit leaving a lot to be desired. I felt that even BA business class amenity kit is better! Considering the price you will pay with Etihad airways, I expect a bit more however service and food is just divine.
Hearing your review of the food/meals is always my favorite part.
I wish someone would review the vegtrerian food options in business class

Going on business trip over to UAE soon. Have choice of Emirates (a380) to Dubai or Etihad (787)to AD, both business class. Which is a would you choose? 13 hr flight.
Emirates if you value the novelty of the A380 bar, Etihad if you value a better seat and onboard food and drink.
I have been looking at trying to buy a business class flight from ORD to AUH, but can't find any in aeroplan like you mentioned. Any changes?

Second, in light of the recent incidents of Aeroplan freezing members’ Aeroplan accounts, what would you say is the best course of action to take in order to get the frozen accounts unlocked? Great Video! I'm wondering how you reach your starting Airport for your videos. Do you take the train or fly regular economy to reach your starting airport? How long do you usually stay at your destination airport/city? Do you usually take a couple days to make a long weekend out of it?
In this case I flew YVR-ORD in business. If I had more time then a longer stay in Chicago would’ve been nice :)

Nope, it includes access to the Swissport Lounge in T5 (which is pretty bad)

It’s useful for folk lucky enough to have the points - of course the trick is obtaining them in the first place.

you must either get free points or wow you must spend an amazing amount of money each and every month to pay on points. Be great to hear more about this. You cant keep getting credit card deals as your credit rating would be zero so love to hear how. I wont hold my breath waiting on reply.
Getting credit cards doesn’t actually hurt your score if you use them responsibly

Such a worst airlines, They paying this youtubers free seats for marketing but originally this Airline is worst. My family (1 adult 2 kids under 5) recently traveled JFK to AMD-India
1) they did not allowed handbagge to throw with checked baggage.
2) flight was delayed 4 hours.
3) out of 6 bags, 1 bag came at AMD.
Now calling at Etihad about bags no answers from them they don't now we have to airport for inquire which 2 hours away one way.( $200 a trip to check bag at AMD)
Such a worst experience.. specially with small kids...
