I’m curious what the average electric bill for a 2000 square-foot house in OV with a pool would be without solar ? Also cost of water and garbage/sewer?
We’re going to Tucson to investigate the area and see if there’s a possibility of relocating? We are just looking for now to see what we can find and if we could enjoy it and afford it. I’ve been looking at other places and the Tucson area is beautiful but expensive and I think California has polluted it?

I live New York and Arizona is much more affordable. Plus the weather is the best. We don’t have Fry’s or Sprouts. Wish we did. We have ShopRite, Walmart of course, Hannerford and many others.
Oro valley shouldn't be the part that you're comparing because Oro valley is way expensive and it's where all the higher end stuff is you need to come to downtown Tucson Central Tucson Southside

I'm surprised more places don't have Sprouts. Do you have another grocery store that is affiliated with Kroger? That would be the most like Fry's.

There are 3 very large subdivisions in Oro Valley, such as... Rancho Vistoso, Copper Creek, and Canada Hills are all very popular subdivisions.
