What about new construction homes in Marana and is there anyone doing videos to show them? Are there any single-story neighborhoods of new builds. We are interested in moving there or surrounding areas pretty soon.

Oro Valley, Tucson, Pima county, and most all of Arizona truly sucks. Most all of the people that live in these places are so miserable that they treat everyone rather obnoxiously. Everything in Arizona is filthy. Thats just the environment. Add to it all the homeless people everywhere, most of whom are addicts who have nothing to loose and trash everything around them. Law enforcement really enjoy telling the taxpayers they will not do anything because no law is being broken. On top of that is the overwhelming amounts of criminals crossing the boarder every day. Once again a group of people trying to escape a shit lifestyle, most of whom have nothing to loose, refuse to speak english, are willing to do anything to survive. I really dont need to justify my perspective. I invite everyone who works for a living and pays taxes to come visit beautiful tucson for 10 days. Drive around and look at this toxic desert wasteland full of assholes and zombies. Service of any kind is a complete f you without concern for you. Hot hot heat as far as weather goes, it hardly rains here so everything is filthy, and when it does rain here the local shit their pants with excitement calling it monsoon season. Just another phrase meaning a destructive rain storm. The people of Arizona, Tucson, and other places around are generally ugly. Who blames them, after a few years they probably loose all motivation to even care what they look like. A this person trying to sell you houses in Tucson. Way overpriced and most look very aged. Hope you enjoy random refugees staying in the common areas of your neighborhood. Hell make it nice for them and leave a few lawn chairs out for them. Just my opinion. Been here in Tuscon for 12 years. Looking forward to the day i no longer wake up here.

Is there shopping centers in Oro Valley? Goodwill, Carnicerías?

What Tucson metro neighborhoods have the least amount of turnover (residents living for more than 5 years) in the 300-350k range?

I'm curious about the HOA of this neighborhood. I have heard to avoid this neighborhood because they are really strict. Especially in regards to parking on the street. Anyone able to speak to that?

Hello...does Oro Valley offer Ride Share/transportation for seniors?

Marana is basically North Tucson. Since everything in Tucson is old, if you’re looking for newer neighborhoods to live in, in southern Arizona, check out Marana. It’s also much cheaper then most places in Phx. At 1600sqft house in east valley of Phoenix might cost you $500k. In Marana it would cost you $300k-350k.

What is the range of condo prices? I'm personally interested in Casas Adobes, but also would love to know how those prices compare to bordering towns including Tucson.

We used to live in Tucson, in the Broadway Proper apartments. Our bedroom balcony had an amazing view of the Catalina mountains. We used to go to Sabino canyon. One of the worst days of my life, was the day we left there. One of the biggest mistakes of my life! Thank you for the video!
