I see a dragon in the thumbnail, I click immediately.
I've played this on mobile for quite a while. It does have a cash shop on mobile but it isn't ridiculously overpriced like other mobiles. I never felt the need to purchase anything, and it was pretty fun. I do agree the action points (ap) are a bit annoying. It's a hold over from stamina in a lot of rpgs.
The AP from the mobile aspect where they made you wait for it to recharged or pay for more AP to take any actions. But they are too lazy to remove the AP aspect for the PC port.
But that got changed for the PC side other wise you feel the pressure to buy more AP in order to kill that monster before it regens all it's HP back by the time you get enough AP to attack again.
AP exists because it was a mechanic in the game this game is based on - a web-based game called Parameters.
Yeah, this is the port of a mobile game
Now if they changed the p2w elements I don't know
According to the Dev, the the PC version doesn't have in game purchases. It's in the discussions on the game on steam.
I enjoyed the mobile version. It was quite fun
you don't actually kinda "die", when your hp reaches 0 all your stats go down, which will then starts to regen back similar to ap, which explains why atk and def is set x/x. Rvc (probably) is how fast you gain back stats, and because your recovery is usually faster than the hp regen of the enemy and you only really need 1 hp to hit something, you still can defeat a enemy that you couldn't kill in one go, by hitting with some of the atk restored to the slowly regening enemy when there's no more current way of getting more stats.
This is similar to a game called "parameters" which was essentially a giant version of this game's board, where once you finished the whole board you had basically finished the game.
This seems like it's trying to either copy/build on that, hoping the latter.
in cheat engine, there is a toggleable option called "pause the game while scanning", it's the last option under memory scan options. and if you "enable speedhack", you should be able to slow down the game to find the value of the enegry bar, but if you can't or don't want to, cheat engine can find unknown/hidden values, it's under "scan type". all in all, cheat engine has a great active tutorial under the help section.
While simple it has some good charisma. I like this. It's nice and simple.
I think "rcv" might be "recovery". Also seems like AP was stamina. Noticed it burning down while "exploring" then quickly regening back to full.
Can confirm it's also a mobile game. That's how I knew I recognized the game.
I will say it was a mobile game I played quite a bit until the grindwall hit. Like most RPG type games on mobile the difficulty ramps up slowly in the start to get you hooked, but eventually if you sink enough time into it the difficulty ramps suddenly to the point where you either had to really grind out the same sections over and over again or start paying out. That's usually the point in most mobile RPG games where I dip out and this was no exception. The AP scaling also really didn't help the mobile game. I believe it was an "any action you do costs a bit of AP, you can't do anything without AP.
Oh god. Someone actually sent him thiis mobile game
I think the simplest way to cheat the AP would be to alter the MAX AP that way you may not always have max, but you should always have enough
Frankly they should just remove the AP stat. All it does is annoy the player by forcing it to stare at screen doing nothing.
You say the AP system discourages speedrunning but I kinda disagree. If it costs AP to explore/mine and it costs HP to attack then there is a level of skill that can be developed in juggling both bars to clear a space as efficiently as possible. That said, I'm not a speed-runner so maybe that just wouldn't be fun.
I’ve played through a lot of this game with the ap system if you were to try to speed run it most of the game you will just be doing nothing waiting for both your ap and health to recover
(The mobile version I mean)
In this version it doesn’t cost ap to attack.
i wonder if steve from minecraft would karate chop trees if his hand wasn't so blocky.
It finaly got an PC Version ? Cool, unless I just didn't look for it for like 3 Years.

eh, someone would probably make a cheat engine table for when it comes out anyway
20:58 he tries to use cheat engine 7.1
