From my experience, it was as hard as for any other type of aircraft. The most difficult part is to become an airline pilot. Everything that comes later is limited to get to know the different airplane. Flight rules and aviation regulations remain the same :)

I've started my flight training in local aeroclub 13 years ago and it took me over 9 years to become an airline pilot.

I am doing this trip tonight, i cope their are relief pilot/first officer. it looked like same crew for 13 hour flight, that is not good
You are right. For such a long flights there is at least one extra pilot. In this particular flight there were 3 pilots.
