I gotta straight up say, you are one of the best pianists i've seen on RUclips, and I've been playing for 15 years, i've never seen someone play a piece so precisesly, elegantly, dynamically, and expressively. Every single note is perfectly pressed. People think playing technically tough pieces or playing fast makes a good pianist, I disagree, it's about the dynamics and emotion. And you've nailed that.
Beautiful just learning it an it's so pretty to play. I aspire to be as good as you one day.

Hello Valtteri! Thank you very much for this beautiful cover! I don't know if you answer questions but I'll give it a try.
I am trying to learn this song now on the piano. But I have, I think, a very small palm. The span of my palm from the top of the thumb to the top of the little finger is 20 cm. And I find it difficult to cover more than 8 keys and then at the same time to hold one finger and in the meantime move the others (only right hand). I switched to beginners' versions of the song and there you don't have to hold one key and at the same time press others in two octaves. I am 37 now so my palm will not grow further :O)
Do you think there is any chance for someone like me - with small palms - to get above beginners' level? And I don't intend to become professional player. I am just curious how important the "physical circumstances" are in piano playing. Our music teacher in high school told us that Liszt used to torture his palms with some devices to enlarge his palms. Definitely not gonna do the same ;o)

Maria St Ivanova Small hands are absolutely not a problem! It’s a matter of dedication. Michel Petrucciani for example was one of the most recognized jazz pianists and he had very small hands. Never give up just because of your hand size. 😊
