My WORST Makeup Client Experience & How To Deal With Rude Customers Advice

As I have been a freelance makeup artist for a few years now, I wanted to share a story time with you on my WORST client experience ever!! As mentioned in the video 99% of my clients are lovely but there are always going to be some people out there who are rude and disrespectful towards you, especially when you are in work as they KNOW you cannot retaliate the way you would if this was happening on the street. Which is why also in this video I have provided my top 3 tips for dealing with rude or aggressive customers. I have learnt a lot over the years and from this experience and wanted to share this with you.

peoples egos can make them so disrespectful. its so important to be respectful to artists you hire, and to treat them like human beings, because then they will be in the best situation to produce their best work. so sorry you experienced this, but the important thing is you came out the bigger person and learned from this and stayed professional. Some people are so rude. I’m sorry you had to deal with them. Trying to scam you, such a horrible person. Karma will get people like that.

The only advice I would give you is don’t give your opinion unless asked. It protects you in that if she looks like a clown, it’s all on them. I would wait till the point of them not liking what they asked for and then suggest.

Ah Demi I'm so sorry you've experienced such awful behaviour. Sometimes in life we have to go through bad times to fully appreciate the good ones!
I hope this was a one off & that all your other customers have been fabulous! 😎☀🌈💫
Personally I'd wish Karma upon them & pray for a divorce! 😂😂
