Cold pressed oil like ground nut oil or cold press coconut oil is fine. Olive oil is very expensive.
Good tips.... mindful eating is important. Giving thanks to the Lord...is important..
Why retinal has any correlation with eating?
Your retina is dependent on getting nutrients from food and light. For instance, lutein and zeaxanthin have to come from diet to help absorb too much blue light and keep retina healthy. Poor diet is one major contributor to retinal eye diseases in older age.
