I agree... the part on body worn camera at station is said in sarcasm... in summary, Karen is saying, yeah, right, I got a crack in my light, but his head was pulverized... and you must all be in on the joke too if you believe this to be true!! Also, prosecution twisting words, kind of like journalists do to fit their narrative; for instance when Karen said I hit him, I hit him, I hit him.... she did not state that as fact!! She questioned, I hit him? shocked by the accusation, I hit him? in puzzling disbelief, and I hit him?! like you must be joking!! I wish journalists did their due diligence in getting facts correct instead of reporting in a biased fashion!
The defense has more third party culprit evidence than the prosecution has against her. She IS being framed! Free karen Read!!!

I'm never one to think that there's a conspiracy... but I really am bothered by someone in that house searching up how long it takes for someone to die in the cold, the night he died in the snow. To me, that is reasonable doubt.
There was no such search at that time. The search was made later at Karen's request on a window opened earlier. No dog bite, no 2am search. She's going to lose.
No one from that house came outside w PD & EMS on the front lawn of the Officer who invited John OKeefe & held the after hours party. Make that make sense.

The car taillight is intacked at karens home but when Lally gets it now it's shattered into 37 pieces, weeks later more taillight more taillight, Lally is the taillight whisper,no damage to John's lower body just from his head up, knuckles swollen,dog Bites on right arm.cell phone data not all collected on purpose by CW, all witnesses whom made a statement never recorded, going to witnesses homes instead of the precinct. No crime scene photos, yellow tape to secure the crime scene. Etc

The defense is not responsible for showing their cards, its the prosecution responsibility to prove she is guilty they are charging her.

It is up to the jury, not the judge, to determine reasonable doubt. The judge isn’t going to take responsibility for the outcome here. That is up to a juror of her peers.

It’s insane to me that smart people are actively choosing to ignore the evidence of corruption. Especially when this corruption could send someone to prison for a crime they didn’t commit. Homeowner a Boston police officer doesn’t come out of the house. Google search was proven by defense expert fbi expert and prosecutors expert says there was something searched at 227. ATF agent and homeowner calling each other at 222 am and both told by the da they can destroy their phones. No police officers in the court house. I live around the corner from this house. There is no way she went 24 mph in reverse. Where is the ford edge that the plow driver saw at 330 in the morning?

Not a fair and balanced string of opinions by oh so clever contrarians. Defense's primary role is protection of OUR rights. It appears that this gets lost in the wind. It's disappointing that there's a focus on a group of spectators and their beliefs. Simply countering with an opposing view is a false equivalency to balance. Homework is hard. No excuses.
Occam's Razor, Read's guilt is the simplest answer. My concerns are:
1. Video surveillance at 5am of Read's vehicle with an intact break light.
2. Google search of "how long does it take to die in the snow."
3. The injuries to O'Keefe's body seem more compatible with a fist fight than being struck by a vehicle. The wounds on his arm do look like dog bites.
4. Data from his Apple watch showing O'Keefe climbing the equivalent of 3 flights of stairs.
5. The snow plow driver not seeing a body.
6. Not a single person from the house coming out to look for Mr. O'Keefe.

A man is found deceased on a persons lawn with head injuries and cuts to his arm consistent with dog bites. It is a known fact that the was out side this house in a vehicle with his fiancé 5 hours earlier. Which answer is simpler that he was injured inside the house where there were several people and a dog or that somehow when his girlfriend was leaving she managed managed to run him over but only hit his head with her SUV but it was hard enough to send his body flying and a glass he was holding somehow shattered on top of his arm causing the cuts. I think Occam’s razor is that he was killed at that house.
That was not a confession… that was her questioning what the cops were saying.

I am concerned about what looked like dog bites on his arm and that the dog was taken away from the house.
Except, apparently.the "dog bites" are only on 1 side of his arm and dogs have upper and lower teeth

The dog was humping a teddy bear at the party. There is DNA dog evidence. However, this evidence is not relevant to this KR case.
Autopsy found that there are no dog bites on the dead victim O'Keefe. However, even if there was, that does not mean that Karen did not hit him. She hit him with SUV. There are no dog bites. No alligator bites. And no mosquito bites.
The dog never went outside. The dog was busy inside the house humping a teddy bear, and drinking beer.
Julie - Yanetti gave 3 names. A long speak with 3 names for 3rd party culprit. Was that missed? The Judge took a break in the middle of it. Yannetti dropped bombs about Fed Proffer.
If she admitted killing him why didn’t they arrest her and impound her car, the murder weapon, immediately ?

I used to sympathize with her situation, until I discovered she drove a car while completely smashed drunk.
John lost HALF of his blood the night he died . Where is it ! Also the clothes John was wearing that night were in the car of the detective investigating for over a yr. Why ? Two officers who were in the house that night destroyed their phones because the prosecutor told them to. One of the people who the defense suspects of beating John up that night is a MMA fighter.
