Um this is NOT the most underrated rock band. I mean the critics spewed praises for them in the 90s. Yes, they are one of the GREATESTbbands ever but the only band during this period critics liked better was probably Radiohead.

Worst thing I ever did was read Carrie's autobiography before I saw the band live. The band was great, how could they not be? But the way she throws herself all over the stage, it was terrifying thinking, "She's going to end up in traction." That likely says more about my own lack of fitness as we're the same age. Waxahatchee opened and were also astonishing.
