Hi Gaurav As I am learning Flow Designer, I am following Tour videos with mutch interest. Video #1 and #2 are very usable. I hope you will also show us How to use "Action: Lookup Record" Take action on a foud record andtake actions if a record is not found. For example: Add a user to a group, like "CMDB Admins", only if he is not yet member of that group. And Add flows to the service portal I am looking forward to the next "#3 Flow Designer" video Greets Wim
Hey. These are very informational and thank you for your effort in putting these videos up. I have a question if u don't mind answering? Can we add UI Action as a trigger condition?
Lovely Video. Thank You for this. very insightful. One question though - With ref. to your example of assigning problem to Network team and automatically problem tasks gets assigned to network team. Is it possible to achieve the same dynamically? I have in mind to replace the workflow with FD for few service catalogs. Whenever the RITM gets created, I will send it for approval. Once approved, catalog task #1 will get created and assigned to the same group to whom the RITM is assigned. Is it do-able? If yes, do you suggest replacing the workflows with FD?
I love your classes! Thank you!
Beautifully explained :)
Thanks a lot 😊
Really awesome explanation- and very much useful for someone like me...thanks Gaurav
Thanks for including follow along cases. Those help the most. being able to add hands on experience and flows I can create on custom apps.
