@MrJum987 no, pokemon company don't loves cutting pokemon, they still afraid of the pokemon fans will backlash again in the future, i don't think pokemon company keep dexit/dex cut stay forever in the future.
I thought the dynamic speed changes happened in Gen 7. It's arguably the main reason some mega's got even better during sun/moon, the speed boost happened the turn it mega evo's.
A big component of the backlash to SwSh is the excuses given for the dex cut (to make it easier to deliver high quality animations) then those promises by and large just not being delivered upon. Even more baffling was the focus placed on trainer animations of all things, which should have been the last priority, and were at least partially recycled wholesale from SuMo on top of that
this is literally what was infuriating about dexit lmao. no, it's not _just_ removing bloatmons from the game that's the problem- it's doing it literally *just* to cut corners, on an already rushed and incredibly underwhelming product that cannot in any way justify it, and then give the most disingenuous “reasoning” for it, and ALSO add the mons back but make it 2/3rds methods of obtaining them inaccessible without paying (either via DLC or online subscription) it's such a disrespectful decision and implementation. coupled with the modern games' general quality; it all makes it very hard to respect how gamefreak went on about it and everything it stands for
Yeah absolutely no exploration. The game felt like running around on a line. Usually cities allows you to enter almost every building, but in sword and shield everything was empty.
For me i stopped playing after Gen VII, decided to give it another go after skipping SW&SH and the initial time of S&V due to bugs and everything that came with it at first. While i enjoyed my first run of Violet, couldn't be bothered to go for a full second run ended up dropping it midway through that second run and haven't touched it since then. Was it a waste of money? From my experience yes, somewhat then again i thought to myself that my love for these games were still there but i guess it was for just for one full playthrough.
Never thought I'd find someone who despises Mega Evolution as much as i do. There's a big reason why they are returning next year in a SINGLE player game. Would rather not have them back at all, but at least online battling currently won't be determined by who spams the same 4 Mega Pokemon first.
I think all the features together would be a blast definitely if they had a restriction option that can just allow or restrict the use of Megas and z moves. Just saying Options are better than no option
I never got to play Sword & Shield but i felt like i didn't missed on anything special and while i played Violet and somewhat enjoyed my first run with the game i couldn't be bothered to continue with my second run of it. Dropped it around halfway or so way through it and haven't touched it since then.
If the art direction of sword/shield is what we got in scarlet/Violet, I wouldn't do anything in this game except grind shiny legendaries, then shelf it for life.
“And we will be treating the game as being without dlc because I know you preordered the game before dlc was announced and beat it before any bug fixes were rolled out.” Also works for scarlet and violet
NO MORE DEX CUT IN ALL THE FUTURE POKEMON GAMES!
That will never happen, because the Pokemon Company loves cutting Pokemon to resell it as DLC. That's "New" content to them apparently

i had more fun with this game than SV, there, i said it
Garbage vs trash
Still regret wasting money on this game. It was so dull

I convinced myself this was the worst pokemon could get.....and then SV came out 💀💀💀💀
@@Punpun6745Sv are straight up a scam. Only brown tongued individuals can defend that games.

@@Punpun6745nah SV was actually fun even if it could have used another year in the oven for optimization and polish.

Dlc dexes have repeats from base dex so your counts awful.
The game just felt cheap and boring which is the worst thing a game can be
