I started playing Fallout 4 two days before i watched this episode and it made me feel nostalgic when she picked it up. 😂 Either it was in Fallout 3 and i can't remember or they just made it very memorable.
@@MrPudelNudel You might be thinking of New Vegas, there were a LOT of those flags in that game, the NCR were all over. If you didn't play that one then it must be F4.
In "The Dukes of Hazzard" TV show, from the early 80's, The corrupt man that controlled Hazzard County, was Boss Hogg. He wore a white suit with a white bowtie. The name of the actor that played him was Sorrell Booke.
You two really need to watch these shows twice. Once for your reaction video and once to actually pay attention to what is going on in the episodes. Especially with a show like Fallout where we are given clues and information which is important in later episodes. When you watched episode 5 you learned that all the overseers for vault 33 came from vault 31. The name of the building Lucy and Maximus entered to find a first aid kit was "Hawthorne Medical Laboratories, a Division of Vault-Tec Corporation". At the beginning of episode 6, when Cooper Howard is showing us through Vault 4, he introduces us to Lloyd and Cassandra Hawthorne who are the scientists running vault 4. They specialize in studying the effects of radiation on human DNA. Overseer Benjamin tells Lucy that he is a 5th generation vault dweller. That implies that his ancestors were not descended from the original vault dwellers. With 219 years, there should be about 10 or 11 generations of vault dwellers. (assuming about 20 years for each generation) Lots of other little tidbits, like the need to explain how toilets work since most Wastelanders wouldn't have ever used a real working toilet.
The "voice from the game" is Matt Berry. He is the lead in The IT Crowd and one of the leads in What We Do In The Shadows as one of the best vampires among many other things. He's a legend.
Maybe you've forgotten but Cooper was one of the greatest western actors before the bombs, I suspect after he did some advertising for Vault TEC and considering what else happens in the series he must have fallen from grace and still needs to make some money He tackled all the jobs he was offered, including children's birthdaypartys.
In episode one the father of the birthday kid answers to his friend that Cooper needs the money for alimony, thats kind of an important clue about his past. 😬
The correct way of using fiddlesticks is like "oh darn" or "blast" like if you were trying to carry too much laundry and it fell everywhere then an appropriate cry of irritation would be "oh fiddlsticks!" Except, obviously, now people just swear instead. It's on a similar vibe of avoiding swearing as Lucy saying "that shoot show up there". I *think* it's part of an older phrase, like, "some something and fiddlesticks!" But I barely remember medieval times so idk what it is. I also started typing this comment before googling it so we may never know the truth.
So I googled. It's a shortening of "fiddlesticks end" a fiddlesticks being the bow of a violin or fiddle and the end is usually pointed and so it fades away to nothing. Why people thought it made logical sense to use that as an expression for mild irritation or annoyance is beyond me. Looking for rationality in the English language, or indeed amongst the English, is a fool's errand. (A phrase that, I admit, makes a lot more sense than fiddlesticks end.)
The actor Matt Berry is the voice of the robot. If you have not watched what we do in the shadows it is one of the funniest TV series around. As well ther is a movie which the show is based on with Taiko Waititi.
9:34 Say what you will about Lucy but she’s got some Rizz. Took Maximus’s uncertainty at her proposition in stride, and had him caught up in the next scene stroking his hand (The look on his face🥹)and feeding him, he never stood a chance 😅
In episode #1 at the kids party, the scummy guy noted that Cooper was having to work kids parties because of "alimony" i.e. separated from his wife and paying for it. Your microphone isn't working good, gals, kind of echoey and mushy :(
You look so confuse at the beginning of the episode i would bet you didn´t saw any of the previous ones, witch is weird because i watch your videos and i know you did. - Yes, the famous actor is rich - The kid in the birthday party was not his friend, they clearly say they are paying him - I don´t know why you think Bud is evil, you didn´t hear anything he said, and it was important... - Yes, the squire took the fusion core, that´s why Maximus wasn´t able to move. - Why would time work different? - You try to don´t make a sound on linoleum. Honestly at moments i though you have selective amnesia Trixy, they are twist in the story but you just don´t remember sh*t 😕 At least you have fun re learning all you forgot, it must have been an adventure, see you in the next one.
Please give the Star Trek franchise a chance. You don't have to watch everything! Maybe: top ten Classic episodes = Star Trek 1 to 6 = top ten "The Next Generation" episodes = Star Trek 7 to 10 = the three J.J. Abrams Star Trek movies? 🖖🖖🏻🖖🏼🖖🏽🖖🏾🖖🏿
I love the reactions but damn, Blue has no attention span whatsoever :) It's seems a bit of a vicious circle, most of the time she's seems distracted due to her asking things or state that she doesn't understand certain things, causing her to miss even more, which leads to more of her asking things and stating that she doesn't get it :)
When Lucy picked up the NCR flag and the Fallout theme played that gave me the chills

One thing y'all missed: 13:05 In the hot tub Copper's wife says "one of the GOOD vaults."

That is for sure Blue saying Moldaver is lucy's mother and than coopers wife, I was thinking 'are you evening watching the show?'
