I would have to bake mine after cooking on the stove top and put a butt load of shredded Mexican cheese on top and of course I would use my homemade taco seasoning

I call mine south west sketti or taco pie if I bake it in a casserole dish, along with the rotel I like to use salsa to replace the red gravy of italian style spaghetti . When I make taco pie, I mix the spaghetti and meat mix with some cheese add a layer of crushed doritos to the casserole , lay on the pasta mix, cover with more cheese and bake until the cheese melts then cover with more crushed doritos. My kids always loved it and now the gbrats devour it... To me the difference between this and Mo Goulash is the seasonings and sauce..

You got to try Chili Spaghetti, it is the bomb! Just boil some pasta, pour a can of chili over it, with or without beans. Add some raw onions, cheddar cheese, and a spoon of sour cream if you like. Don't forget the Louisiana hot sauce! It is sooooo goood!!
