Taco Spaghetti -- One Pot Meal -- Delicious !!!
Taco Spaghetti
INGREDIENTS
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1/2 yellow onion, diced
• 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
• 1 Tbsp minced garlic
• 1 packet taco seasoning
• 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes
• 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
• 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
• 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
• Cilantro, for serving
• Green onions, for serving
DIRECTIONS
• Melt the butter in a deep, large skillet. Add the ground beef, onions, and bell peppers. Cook until the ground beef is browned, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat from the ground beef.
• Add the taco seasoning, Rotel, spaghetti, and chicken broth to the skillet. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the spaghetti is cooked to al dente.
• Remove the skillet from the heat, sprinkle the cheese over the top, then cover until the cheese is melted. Top with cilantro and green onions. Serve and enjoy!

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved this recipe! We even shared it with our parents. We love watching you guys! Always entertaining and educational! I recently started my own RUclips Channel and social media! I think I’m not doing too too bad. I learn something every time I make a video. This is all brand new to me. I’m starting an adventure in a nee career at 51! After retiring due to long term illness and disabilities. I just can’t make it off disability alone anymore so I had to think of something I can do in my own way. I’m not making money yet but I’m hopefully setting myself up to! With disabilities I have to be smarter about work bc because I can’t work harder… By the way I’m praying for both of you and your health concerns. Anxious to find out your all’s drs reports. Praying the injections help Marie. I had 3 in my back in June last year and it was wonderful!!! Hope yours is as helpful. These ole backs, hips and legs can really cause a lot of pain and prevent us from being able to do the things we need to. OMGoodness delicious!! I hope u dont mind if I tweaked ur great recipe! I crushed some torilla chips n put them on top before the cheese. After I took it out of the oven from melting the cheese, I let it cool slightly while I got a glass of sweet sun tea. Then before serving, I put dolops of sour cream on top of each plated serving. Ohhh....sooo good. There is just me so I cut the recipe in half, I used homemade taco seasoning n as I ate I enjoyed the love u put into making it n sharing the recipe with me. Thank you!
