Papa Johns is such a huge disappointment in this country. When they first came over they did the XXL Pizza which was a huge difference between them and Dominos etc - but the main disappointment is on toppings - PJ in the US don’t scrimp but wow get it in the UK and there’s hardly any toppings at all.
Hmm they don't scrimp on the topping around mine.

Hey deano, love a mini series like this one, it's interesting to see what's on offer in different places, as far as the filming goes I like it all but it is interesting when you do the whole walk as then we get to see different places too, like tango and Fanta but Fanta is my favourite 😊

Spent quiet a few Saturday nights in Bingley , Cottingley and Shipley 20 years ago while working for Hallmark cards in West Bradford , stayed at the Ibis hotel Shipley , one of the best Indian restaurants there the Argra across the road from the Shipley arms.
Never tried papa John's will 100% be trien them.. guess there a little cheaper than domino's . Competition is real out there ...
Maybe go read some English books after yeah… I know a lot of immigrants who can spell better than you with your EDL flag icon.

There used to be a Yorkshire building society on that corner where Papa johns is now. No banks and just one building society left now in Bingley, plenty food outlets and takeaways though, a sign of the times. If you had crossed the main road at the traffic lights on that corner you could have ate your meal in better surroundings in Myrtle park using the back entrance down the short bit of road by the lights.
I don’t live in the UK anymore so I enjoy seeing the towns.

Never had a Papa Johns before, but the meal looked Reyt to me. I also like the sound of this being a series, Deano! It's all great content. 👍

This seems excellent value. Far better than the Burger King meal you had in a later video.
Really like this style of video. What surprised me most is places to sit and eat in the town centre. It is as if they don't want people to hang around there and eat.
You usually have a backpack when you are travelling, had you thought abut taking a picnic rug and sitting on that in a park?

Can’t wait to see Dominoes / Subway is expensive now / Pizza Hut? McDonald’s / KFC “offers” don’t include a drink so by the time you add that is same as a “value” meal.

does look nice to be honest....and more than enough to feel satisfied for a lunch...not sure if the pizza on its own would have been enough...
If you were on a lunch hour you'd order before you went to pick it up so you can't knock having to wait 15mins for freshly cooked food

Papa John's was delicious and hot when we had it at butlins , but when we had papa John's delivered to my flat , it turned up cold and horrible , I love domino's 😋

Papa John's my favourite for pizza. However, I do have a serious issue with Tata Tots...I have never had any good ones, they are always raw on the inside and as pale as snow on the outside. Are they scared to cook them or what? I misunderstood the deal at first, I thought it was £2.99 for the pizza and £3.00 for the whole lot, but that would have been silly. £5.99 is not bad in this day and age of living costs.
The best topping they do is Italian sausage and you can't always get it in every outlet which makes it better than any pizza on the UK high street and there crust if far superior too 🎉

So Deano as a Brit living in America I’ve been to papa John’s and before you even start trying it I’m going to predict that it’s going to be between nothing special and terrible if it’s better than that then it’s better than the ones here in America, good luck.
Slightly better than I practiced, maybe there better in Britain than they are here in America but I’m kind of with you on Dominos but over here there is another pizza chain that’s slightly better than Dominos but there not a huge chain so you won’t find them in Britain or at least no yet and there called Pizza Ranch and there the best one out of the pizza chains here in America and to be honest with you until your video I had no idea papa John’s was available back in Britain

We used to order from Domino's in Bingley all the time, until we discovered Papa Johns.

Trust me you don’t - if you came over to the UK you’d soon stick to what you have the US - you don’t get the toppings quality and amount you get in the US over here.
