Mr Hockney is amazing painter and human being. He has transformed with the times and is still relevant in this digital world. In my opinion he is the best artist in this era 🎨

Mr. Hockney has captured the complete feeling of Spring’s rebirth. All on an iPad! Your artist’s soul has captured the blessings of Spring. Thank you!

The blessings of this time of year artfully captured by a very young at heart artist.

Mr. Hockney is so wise and generous! The quintessence of an artist.
He’s giving us “new” eyes with his love and capacity to observe and capture nature!
    I just adore him.
Oh I wish I could be a little bird following him and watching him creating 💖

I'd love to see the full interview of this. I'd love to hear more of what he said about the evolution of printing since his last exhibition, that sounded interesting but it seems that part was cut short. The pictures look absolutely fantastic. The first time i saw them i thought they were all on screens...its fascinating to realise that they are all printed on paper.

A question! If working on an Ipad to create an image ....is it a painting...or is it illustration?

Jess De Wahls work is brilliant . Shame about the obedient poodles at the Royal Academy .

Magazine illustrations at best. Fine art ,no. There is nothing fine there. Just clunky stiff illustrations. Painting a swimming pool and advertising alternative life styles is one thing and being a fine, fine artist,is another. An iPad salesman with silly glasses to attract attention.

What I hate is programmes that put these so called famous artists on pedestals, making them great, if it wasn't for the media they wouldn't be known at all and also most famous artists get elevated through millionaires who buy there paintings and put them into famous galleries and walla they get famous...Its pretty shit.

Who do you think commissioned the great art works of the past? The poor people?
