The Chevy Silverado is a great truck, both in styling and capabilities. However, the halogen lighting leaves a lot to be desired. With new headlights from Form Lighting, you can increase output and visibility, while adding modern styling and features. It’s time for an upgrade!
What’s better than one projector? Three projectors. And in these headlights, all three projectors are bi-LED units, providing output for both low beam and high beam illumination. With a sharp cutoff, broad width, and high intensity, these units provide a serious upgrade in output.
These headlights are inspired by the late-model Silverado styling, giving your truck a much more modern appearance. This includes a C-shaped white LED running light. Even though the factory headlights don’t have a DRL, installation of this feature is simple thanks to the included wiring harness.
These headlights are packed with the latest and most modern lighting functions, including a startup or “welcome” sequence. Anytime the running lights turn on, they will illuminate in a two-stage chasing sequence that is sure to turn heads, with an ultra-premium look.
The lower section of these headlights features a bright and highly distinctive sequential turn signal. Activating any time your turn signal is activated, the amber LEDs sequence from inside to out, with an extremely modern look.
These lights include trim panels which go on the front of the lights. These can be left black for a stealth look, or painted to match your truck, for a custom look.
Form Lighting headlights are built with quality in mind, using OE-grade materials and design techniques. This includes durable UV-coated polycarbonate lenses, automotive-grade LED emitters, breather vents, and OEM plug-and-play connectors. Form Lighting headlights meet all SAE, DOT, FMVSS, and CMVSS standards and regulations for legal on-road use in the United States and Canada, when installed and aimed properly - which is easy to do with the integrated screw-type adjusters.
Our headlights for the Silverado are completely plug-and play and will bolt right into place, without any gaps. They were designed to plug into your factory headlight connector, with no wiring modifications needed. No errors, flickering, or hyperflashing! If you’d like to enable the running light feature, a wire harness is included which plugs into your fuse box.

Those lights are freaking awesome!!! I had a silverado before. Wish I hadn't gotten rid of it. Hopefully next year I can get another one. These lights are on the list of things to get!

Nice upgrade to what I had before, easy plug and play install. I have a grill guard on my truck which was designed around the OEM headlights thus limiting my options on aftermarket headlights. I am very pleased with this purchase, they look great! (Projector set for 09 2500HD)

Hey bud. I have an 07 2500. The guy I bought it from must have had some type of weird aftermarket set up. When a bulb went out, I bought a pair of LED termintr light bulbs. They went out in two months. So I just went with a basic pair of Sylvania bulbs.
Are they actually plug and play into the harness? There’s no telling what this guy did to the wires up front.
I want the newer look but dropping a band on lights is an expensive mistake I don’t wanna make if it’s not gonna work because these look great on the truck and they’ll make my family safer.
Take my money! These will look great on my 2011 reg cab in dark metallic blue with black trim.

I installed these on my 08 Silverado 1500, and for some reason my high beams don’t work at all. It’s just on one mode at all times. How can I fix this problem?

The oem led headlights can be installed on your Silverado custom. You just need a harness from the LT Silverado.
So is the “welcome sequence” ONLY on the projector lights? Or do the reflector lights have it also?
That's correct! The reflector model does not feature the welcome sequence, it is unique to the projector option for this particular option.

Whats the difference between these and the vland branded headlights for half the price? Looks like theyre both made in the same china factory.
While they may look the same, our option is fully plug and play and compatible with the blind spot module. We back them with a two year warranty and if you are to experience any issues our U.S. based customer support team is the best in the industry.

These are priced at one of the best values on the market compared to our competitors. Especially when you consider the cost to replace them with the factory options that do not include any of the features or upgrades. Plleeeeeasse look into designing some for the 2007-2013 Chevy Avalanche. The options are basically Alpharex, or about 20 other brands/products that are complete garbage.

Jordan, I got my reflector headlights today. Installed them and am having an issue. Both high and low beams are on. There is no difference both high and low stay on when I activate my highbeams also. My running lights come on when I actuate my fog lights. Do you have wiring diagrams or assistance? The booklet that is supplied has nothing.

@Form Lighting the lights look awesome. I swapped the red and green wires. High and low beams work. I do have a few questions though. Do my lights have sequential turn signals? Also I have to put my light switch on the on position to use my high beams. They don't come on in auto mode is that how they are set up?

Yes, both of our headlight options for the Silverado feature the amber sequential turn signals running across the bottom of the lamp. You can see this at the 2:00 mark in this video. Regarding the high beams not functioning when your headlight stock is set to the "auto" position, unfortunately that isn't an issue we have seen any reports of or are familiar with. I have a Chevy avalanche 2007 I was wondering if this would fit for it

Hey there! These headlights are full-LED, including for the low and high beams. This means that there are no bulbs to replace. If something did give you any trouble, we back every product with a two-year warranty!

There is no factory LED option for this model. You are paying for a full LED upgrade that increases performance significantly. It includes a custom startup sequence, and sequential turn signals, and is fully plug-and-play with your factory connectors so you don't have to custom wire anything like other cheaper options. @@andresromero4921 it’s not that anybody’s broke it’s money management. The fact is that no headlights should be $1000. I can get the same results for under $300 or $400. I’ve done it plenty of times.
