Here in Brazil there are YT channels that demonstrated by testing that such fluorescent-colored car fuses (as it seems you have used as 40A) are completely FAKE and do not “fuse” at expected currents, melting the car cabling bundle and fuse box - a real nightmare from some cheap “noname” fuse kits.
