Mam i m watching this leacture in 2022 but the data about the j & k economic profile is of 2018 - 19 so i request u to plz provide the updated data abt the different sectors that helps in GSDP

You got it wrong bro, 3.38% is the growth rate over the years not the difference between 1996 to 2019. J&K's per capita income grew at 3.38% over the aforementioned timeline while India's per capita income at the same timeline grew at 5.41%.
