I've just started making the migration to the Micro 4/3 world. I bought an Olympus OMD E M1 with a grip with a 12-40 f2.8 for super cheap just to test the waters. So far, I'm blown away at the image quality! I'd put it up against my Canon full frame cameras without hesitation.
I have some old Takumar lenses, so I bought an adapter for them, and the focus peaking works great with these lenses.....so much fun!
I wouldn't hesitate to print a 3 foot wide picture with this camera, and it's "only" a 16 megapixel camera.
I'm in the processes of moving right now, but when I get settled into my new home, I'm going to sell ALL of my Canon gear and invest in a new OM1 Mark II camera and lenses, and have money left over.
    Thanks for posting!!

Micro 4/3rds is much better than most people think. The camera's and lenses are fantastic. The images are great and the features are awesome. I started with the OMD EM-1 back in 2014. It is a fantastic camera. The new OM-1 Mark II is even better. Thanks for the comment and enjoy your camera.

I've been using OM Systems for a little over a year. Started with the PEN E-PL 6 (used, originally released mid 2013). Loved it. I bought the OM-5 new. Had never used ND filters or focus stacking. The OM-5 made this so easy to learning and experiment with. Paired with the 12-45 f/4, wonderful. Almost a year later, I take the OM-5 everywhere. Looking forward to trying the OM-1 mkii.

Thanks for sharing. I started with the Em-1 back in 2014. I loved the system but decided to try Canon FF mirrorless in 2020. I enjoyed FF but grew tired of the weight and their direction on lenses. I got an OM-5 to try for travel and video. I really enjoyed it. When I got a chance to try the new OM-1 Mark II I realized that I missed my Micro 4/3rds gear.

Seems like you're enthusiastic about reviewing the camera. Kudos! I'd love to follow you, as it seems like you're a straight shooter. My advice, FWIW... Be prepared, be specific, give people the answers they're looking for right up front. Don't say things like, "I'm not really sure what this is for, let's try it." That's genuine (I appreciate it), but that's not why people will subscribe. If you have the gear, and I don't, I want to know what you think of it from personal experience, not live experimentation.
Sorry. I offer this as, hopefully, constructive comments. You can do great! I'd love to hear more from you1

I agree withpokeypop you seem like a straight up honest guy. I got see sick watching though so my recommend is to either have some hold the camera that is filming you or put the thing on a tripod as people don't want to get sea sick watching. @@Deweybing
