I absolutely love this fragrance, the cool-down is amazing. One thing I will say is that the smell can be annoying after a few hours. Don't recommend working out with this fragrance! I know with my other fragrances I can't really smell myself but with this one, you are constantly getting whiffs of the smell. The smell stays on your skin even after showering with body wash. Still love it though!
Going to Macy's today and picking up Acqua Di Gio EDP, but also going to see if they happen to have Italian Love there. I'll pick up both of them. People if you go to Macy's, mention the coupon they have on their website so you can get the %15 off in store as well.

There were couple of fragrances that you recommended highly back in the day ( Versace Eau Fraiche and Hugo Reversed) and I blindly bought them. They turned out to be fantastic fragrances and one of the best purchases! Let's see how the new D&G L.B.I.L turns out.

I did not like light blue forever; I just couldn't get past the grapefruit, but the dry down was nice! It kind of reminded me of Fahrenheit aqua! If Italian love grapefruit is toned down, then I'll get this for sure! Great review, Dallas 👏
I just bought both mens and women Italian Love. I do wear both of the Forever. Women can pull off the mens version of this fragrance. I also layer both, I LOVE the grapefruit note in the mens.
I love this release. I live in Florida, it’s hot and humid right now this is just the ticket for summer. I also kinda get a “petrol” note, not sure if it’s from the violet but it’s amazing.
Definetely projects like a monster. I was testing it on one hand and Memo Paris Shams Oud on the other, and it almost beat the latter in terms of projection.
naww it’s a little toned down with the grapefruit tho, if u got forever you’ll feel like you’re getting a weaker version but the projection is still good

@@dannysllrs I went in Dillard's today with the intent of purchasing Profondo based on all the good reviews on YT. I also sampled the ADG EDP but for some reason, the projection was mediocre for an EDP on my skin. I walked out with ADG Absolu. Haha!

Not confident of this one. Not a fan of the prior releases Love is Love and Light Blue Forever. A lot of reviewers really hyped Forever but it smelled was like a grapefruit bomb. Please try it before you buy. I will give D&G credit for making the designs look so awesome .
I think most of us made it very clear it was a grapefruit bomb to be fair, I say that every time I bring it up - should be no surprise. For those who want something different for summer, Forever & Italian Love are top notch

eau intense is BERY different from italian love, especially considering the opening of grapefruit and i think the patchouli and beriberi in the drydown
Used to work in a grapefruit juice factory. Light blue forever is 100% real but doesn’t have performance. Italian Love smells exactly like our grapefruit orchards, the perfect mix of a clean woody citrus.
I believe they were going for the colors of the sea because Italy is surrounded by several different seas. Hence, the salty and aquatic notes in Italian Love.
You will only like this if you like Light Blue Forever, I feel like it’s the same frag with just added blue coloring… If you don’t like the smell of fresh cut Grapefruit then this is not for you. Sorry but it gives me a headache. Nothing masculine about this or Forever. Sent back! 🤢
I'm gonna be honest I bought lb forever. I love the scent but it has some of the worst performance I've ever seen. It literally goes away after an hour I don't recommend at all. I know some aren't meant to last long but it's bad bad bad

It would be redundant for some, but not to me - I can only speak for myself. Personally, I may end up preferring it to Forever

Definitely get the Elysium comparison both open up with a very realistic citrus note.

Forever and italian love smells almost the same but i found italian love greener and more complicated, both are great fragrances

If you have Forever then it’s redundant to get this one. It’s the same fragrance just that Italian Love has the grapefruit note toned down.
I don’t think the grapefruit is toned down at all, I get more of a saltiness and woods in the base with added bergamot up top. To each their own!
Only critique is the atomizer kinda sucks, could just be my bottle though.
