Webinar l Presentation of the smartEn Map 2023 Peak Demand Reduction Measures

On 20 September 2023, during FlexCon, smartEn hosted the official presentation of the smartEn Map 2023 on Peak Demand Reduction Measures, followed by a panel discussion with industry leaders.
The Map analysed how different EU countries addressed the 2023-2024 Winter and the energy crisis through the implementation of dedicated peak demand reduction measures, and highlighted the success of Ireland’s and Austria’s market-based approach to the challenge.
The panel discussion, moderated by our Head of Research and Projects, Andrés Pinto-Bello Gómez, featured insightful remarks by Karen Byskov Lindberg, Aneo & NTNU, Natasha Morgan, Lunar Energy and Hervé Reynaud, Energy Pool.
