    Very well done. I don't know what pushed you to do this but it was very well done.

    I don’t know if i agree with the message in this play. If my father continued to cheat on my mother and was bad to me, I would not go to his funeral. People do not owe their parents anything just because of the fact that they are their parents: children are brought into the world without their consent and so it is the least a parent can do to take care of the child in an emotionally healthy manner.

    Troy never said he didn't have to love Cory, he said he didn't have to like him. Two different things. Like is an emotion, wheras love can be an action and/or emotion

      And he wasn't really saying that he didn't like Corey... He was just telling him not to go around the world Worrying about if people like him and to just make sure they are doing right by him...

    Well done but you left out Bono, Troy's friend. And yes......he was a key figure in Fences.

      Yup! Certainly a more significant character than the daughter who has only a few lines.

    What kind of personality best describes Troy? Narcissistic?

      I'd say that Troy is a very self-assured person. He sets a goal and goes for it.

      @@kailynlatae but why did he destroy Cory dreams of playing football and cheated on his wife?

    • @yo-rh8lk
      @yo-rh8lk Год назад +4

      @Lides Vaz bruh did you even watch the movie? Troy literally tells rose that he doesn't want Cory to chase something like sports because he fears he's gonna end up like him. He's scared his his will end up just like him. The cheating idk 🤷‍♂️

    You have to be careful with these kind of movies. It could send the wrong message or misunderstood for the newer generations. The Actors are excellent though.
