Rain of Destiny and Guardian Greaves has very similar (if not the same) cooldowns. It's been my favorite items to rush ever since I spammed oracle and has maintained a 70% winrate ever since

there's an option you have to disable to make the spell work when you move.

2k mmr plays, you missed many opportunities to heal jug early without damaging his health when he spinned.

Why are you stealing so much frags from your teammates. I am also an Oracle main, but I only take frags, when my team can't take it, or when enemy is about to be rescued. If you play SUPPORT you don't need those kills and money to be Useful and to WIN, but your midlaner and carry do!
