‪@Hookedonwildventures‬ From Darwin - Broome - Onslow, we explore the Montebello Islands in Western Australia. With only one tow vehicle, we couldn't tow the boat and the caravan across to Onslow. With Darren's and Andy's help, we secure our caravan, and set off for this remote West Australian destination, anticipating a thrilling adventure surpassing our Kimberley explorations. Can the radioactive islands really beat Kimberley fishing and adventures? We spent mega effort and $$$$ to make this happen. Others can pay up to $61,000 per couple to visit these islands! We didn't really know what to expect at these islands. We heard so much about it with Ricky researching it on RUclips, Google Earth and Navionics as much as he can. When we got there, we were very surprised with the stark harshness and lack of escarpments that we got so used to seeing in the Kimberley.

We are Ricky & Margie and we have left our home in Darwin to travel to these beautiful places in Australia, fishing, camping, catching what we cook, exploring, discovering more of ourselves and having fun. Ricky used to be a fishing guide in the territory. This year, Margie is his only paying client, haha! Margie juggles her work consulting as a Registered Psychologist and an Australian Immigration Agent and enjoying the outdoors.
