    Seasoning:
    - Garlic Powder (not Garlic Salt)
    - Onion Powder
    - Pappy's or any other all purpose seasoning
    - Worcester Sauce
    - Soy Sauce (reduced sodium advised)
    - Browning Sauce
    - Minced Garlic *hit it with 2 fat spoons of that.
    *Measure by eye and turn over to marinate evenly.

    It's pretty funny - you can ALWAYS find a few commenters complaining about salt in every food video on RUclips.
    I just hope each one of them realizes they don't have to follow exactly what they see in these videos.
    Observe and switch it up when you cook the dish - give the alternatives in your comments. Don't point out what you think is wrong then leave.

I'll ask him to let me film him on day! I think the potato salad gumminess is coming from too much water being asbsorbed in to the potatoes and too much stirring. You've given me a idea for a video! ain't it funny--all the meats we used to have to buy because they were cheap are now expensive--oxtails, chitlins--the only thing that is still not expensive is neckbones--oh, that and smoked turkey... once the restaurants get a hold of it, we are hard-pressed to afford it. you said yourself that 4 pounds of tails cost you $20. it's a darn shame!!! delicious, though. they make us pay through the nose to enjoy what we HAD to eat as kids...

    Gurl! You marinated the hell out of those oxtails! How many cloves of garlic and onions would you substitute for the garlic & onion powders? Also, would you recommend me using vinegar as substitute for some of the other ingredients (I have hypertension risks). Thanks for sharing your skills. I'm a new fan.

    • @beafromsandiego
      @beafromsandiego  4 года назад

      Leave the out the salted ingredients and use low sodium beef broth. 1 whole onion and 4 garlic gloves. No vinegar!
