I love coolguy videos because of this, he doesn't give up on weapons, perks or archetypes and that has made me appreciate and even fal in love with a lot of weapons and perk combos, he makes you enjoy things that other people would technically tell you that you don't know how to play the game
The only sniper I've ever been able to slay out with was a slideshot snapshot ricochet freehand Sole Survivor, and I do not know why. I'm so sad it's sunset, but I really liked your point about snipers being "to feel".
Heating Up is nice for 6's but Firmly Planted is definitely better for 3's, doesnt need a final blow and gives 17% acc cone growth + increases acc cone by 40.
What’s crazy is that when I saw this snipe in the database and saw 44 zoom, I almost decided that I wasn’t going to want QD/Snapshot. I’ve grown used to either 45 zoom with Opening Shot (Eye of Sol, Far Future, Bite) or 50 zoom with their insane CONES (Uzume, Shepherds Watch, Occluded). When I use a “regular” 40-45 zoom snipe now (like Adored), it’s noticeable. So, the roll I instantly gravitated towards was Firmly Planted + Snapshot. Of course I haven’t even been able to hit a snapshot roll yet, so beggars can’t be choosers.
but you can just spec full range with 1000 yard stare, if you get the snap + qd roll. Which would go to 88 range you'll have great accuracy. Although the AA cone angle will only be around 1.05 compared to uzume with 1.25, which is a huge difference. But you have basically max handling besides stow after ads/1s. I can't wait to get a bunch of roles on this and try it out.
@@SynchroFPS honestly I can't think of much reason to use this over the uzume besides the zoom level, no distractions, or handling with perpetual motion. Uzume stat wise outdoes it in every other way and comes with snap/vorpal which is debatably more beneficial. Vorpal kinda being the perk you'd argue over perpetual motion or no distractions
What I like the most about 1k is that I can spec into range to get that accuracy, because quickdraw snapshot got me covered besides stow time, which I don't really care too much for anyway when running snipes. My aa cone might not be as good as an uzume or eye of sol, but I certainly have more accuracy and more handling. Which I what I like.
Are you really trying to pull out your sniper quickly? I mean it’s good for that, but more often than not, you’re gonna be swapping to your primary for cleanup after a miss, body shot, or kill. I can’t think of much reason for you to swap TO the sniper unless you’re trying to quickscope or no-scope-melee combo often, which is not very viable in general. Quickdraw is absolutely good on this sniper, but it’s definitely being overrated from the memory of pre-sniper zoom aim assist nerf, pre-sniper flinch buff, pre-special ammo economy nerf, pre-Quickdraw nerf Beloved.
@@kitanat9944 and even then on beloved qd ss was kind of redundant imo, either one or the other was worth but not both. most players will never actually take advantage of qd ss, plenty of better combos
@@kitanat9944 well yeah, i like swapping fast to everything. Also the 1s 100 handling bump will stack with snapshot. Its only a few frames but its feels so nice.
I've got a perpetual motion 1,000 yard stare that is absolutely cracked. I wouldn't trade it for any other roll. Ppl are sleeping on that perk hard but it's fantastic. As a TDD ophidian aspect warlock Quickdraw really just isn't necessary. Heating up sounds legit, but it seems niche for someone like me that runs mostly 3 vs. 3. It's most likely be gone by the time I line up the second kill. That's just me. No doubt more aggressive sniper mains would get more use from it.
For someone like me who plays much more passive with a sniper. I've really been enjoying moving target and no distractions. Allows me to take my time to line up a shot even while being smacked with Forerunner. But I think I still prefer my Frozen Orbit. I like my snipers to have some weight behind them, makes it easier for me to track my shots.
I thought to myself: "Gross, Heating up?" But, then I played with it. And went off. Felt like no one could challenge me in a 1v1 unless they were a flat-out better sniper.
I actually have that roll, and the synergy is there. I'm just a sucker for snapshot so I've been getting used to it. It makes the gun feel solid no doubt though!
Yeah. Heating Up does increase accuracy cone, but it doesn't mess with aim assist. The huge AA bump is really what makes opening shot so valuable in my opinion
Why does no one talk about targeting and double targeting. Why not say it's just like adding opening shot for free. And on top, since day one players routinely underestimate the benefits accuracy gives a weapon. Functionally, heating up for a sniper, it is like opening shot that triggers on kills.
Both valid points gents, I do love my opening shot snapshot eye of sol but prefer my adept version with moving target and snap so I can use the adept targeting mod. Really hyped to grind more for the 1k, I hope they bring out a gm mode and adept versions eventually.
@@CoolGuyGames I feel like Snapshot/firmly planted is the play. All you have to do is crouch for more benefits than x1 Heating Up. Don't get me wrong, I still want to try Snapshot/Heating Up but my snapshot firmly planted Eye of Sol is my bae right now.

My first roll was actually a Heating Up/Snapshot roll, though it has fluted/Polygonal in column 1 and Steady Rounds/Alloy Mag in column 2 and a range masterwork. I love this thing in PvP! It just feels so good to use.
My favorite sniper was Stillpiercer...I was so upset when they changed the zoom value on it (can't quite remember what exactly the change was) which totally ruined the feel for me
I got the 1000 yard stare with Snap Shot, Heating Up, Tac Mag and Fluted Barrel with a Handling MW. Let me tell you; its absolutely cracked. Within the first 2 hours of playing Iron Banner with it; I racked up damn near 110+ kills with it. I've found my go to sniper now.
I jump around a lot. Even tried twilight again recently. The rapid fire frames need a range buff. Literally with low zoom and low range these are not sticky at all. Occluded finality is super sticky even with the bad zoom it rocks out. My favorite is still long shadow with snapshot, explosive rounds, ata scout sight.
I used one with arrow head brake/accurized rounds/ heating up and snap with a range master work and its feels so good! I got so much mission controls with it
Honest question, wouldnt under pressure do the same thing without requiring a kill? Occluded can get it but without snapshot (its the noscope meme gun anyways), shepards watch can get it with snap but cant be farmed (and has 50 zoom), but that leaves tranquility, which can get UP snapshot, has 45 zoom, can be target farmed, and has 4 bullets instead of 3 so at 2 ammo you get the 25% accuracy boost and 50% boost at 1 bullet.
It’s odd but I tried a bunch of occluded’s because I liked the gun and landed on a under pressure/opening shot/range MW roll that ended up outperforming everything else (for me). Ofc it could just be opening shot that was doing it but it has made me think twice when I found a gun that wasn’t a fusion with under pressure.
My favorite snipe is frozen orbit with firmly planted opening shot lmao. 50 zoom, 100 accuracy, effectively 68 AA with opening shot, so about 1.2 degrees AA cone angle on that first bullet. Obviously its as slow as me getting ready for school on a Monday morning but I'm boring and all I do with snipers anyway is hold angles and click, so its perfect. The ultimate cone sniper.
@@lq1535 the accuracy stat goes hand in hand with the AA stat. A high accuracy stat takes full use of the AA stat. Like landing a shot through flinch as an example. Near zero bullet deviation.
I'm not a sniper by any means but after 5 or so matches and lots of "oh sh*t'" I masterwork ed the heating up/snap shot 1000y with arrowhead and flared magwell. I'm not your level but it's a goal lol. Thanks for all your vids. I appreciate you
As someone who hates using shotguns and prefers sniping, I can’t wait to farm this thing, I’m primarily using a snapshot vorpal uzume and a QD OS preadeths but having a 3rd option can’t hurt
Wow the heating up snapshot roll is the first roll I got, didn’t realize it has more potential than the QuickDraw snapshot roll until watching this. Gonna make sure I try it out!
That thing looks crispy :) I always wanted to get better at sniping. I have a few i've liked but i always end up shotgun aping after i get frustrated lol. Then again... it has been a little while since i tried to train up a bit so maybe it might be worth farming one of these :) Talking about this has me want to dust off my snapshot/vorpal Uzume RR4... the zoom is a bit long on it but for some reason it has been my favorite sniper in recent years. Something with the "feel" you mentioned i guess lol. Only sniper i ever broke 200 kills with (and that was as someone who sucks at sniping over a relatively short period). Anyway, love the anniversary weapons. Good stuff on a lot of these, honestly :)
I'll definitely be trying out just about every roll combination I can get my hands on, but unpopular opinion: I'm eyeing Perpetual Motion/QD + Mulligan for my god roll. Before I got my snapshot+QD beloved, I put about 600 kills on a Mulligan+QD roll. I didn't expect much from mulligan, but I was pleasantly surprised how often it procced for me, even if it was just once or twice per game. IMO, giving ammo back for a sniper has the potential to be just as match-changing in 3v3 as any other perk in that column. Gunsmith says Mulligan has about a 20% chance to return ammo on a missed shot, that's 1/5 times you get flinched off the head, or take a wild jump-shot, or a teammate accidentally strafes in front of you. With a minimum amount of 10 ammo per trials match (5 rounds x 2 ammo per round), even if you missed every shot, statistically, you'd get 2 ammo back for free. Only 3 other snipers can currently roll Mulligan, and this is the only Adaptive Frame.
All ima say is another straight to the point youtube clean and great quality one of my biggest content creator insperations should run trials with me sometime.
Got this perk combo on one of my clears (forget whether it was normal or master). I dont snipe, so it was thrown in my vault - Full Bore/ Polygonal, flared magwell/tactical mag, heating up and snapshot with a range masterwork.

Hey cool want basically QuickDraw on your heating up snapshot roll. Trust me run QUICK ACCESS SLING. It got a buff and basically now is quickdraw as a mod
I’ve only had one drop for me. It dropped with Small Bore, Accurized Rounds, Quickdraw, Snapshot with a stability masterwork. Not sure I need another one if I’m honest
my Heating Up + Snapshot roll is doing work for me, it feels so on point and it gets even deadlier once a kill happens. so it just makes it so you can’t miss once you get started! oh shit this is the main roll Cool Guy is talking about! sorry, wrote my comment before the halfway point!

I had a snapshot + box-breathing Tatara Gaze (Black armory weapon) n it was those most forgiving/crispy sniper I've ever used. Sadly, it was sunsetted but the 1kYS feels SO good, really enjoying grinding the 30th anniversary gear
I didn't get one dropped but as soon as you said no distractions + snapshot I was invested I know the zoom is not the same but I have that roll on my tranquillity and it feels like a beast I originally wanted to get snap + quickdraw but no I want heating up + snap or the tranquillity roll so keen to finally farm when possible
Yup. So much want. I got a quickdraw snapshot. But would love a heating up snapshot. Keen to see if I like it more than occluded finality, my current favourite sniper. Im not a huge sniper guy. But I love occluded.
I miss my 1000 Yard in D1. It was my prized possession, a legendary Black Spindle. Triple Tap and Mulligan. The DPS on it was insane. Topped with reload speed gloves and you could literally shoot 8 shots before even reloading.
I got the heating up roll , I fine its not bad but the god roll I think is Snap / Perpetual motion with handling master. It feels so crispy and snappy.. If you havent tried it you need to. Love the channel !!
Honestly, I got a few rolls and they didn't really do anything for me. I'd like to try some better roles, but in the end I just think I prefer Frozen Orbit for a legendary sniper. Feels way better to me. If I have an exotic slot open, though, it's definitely Cloudstrike. Every game nets me multiple collateral kills and it's such a smooth aiming experience. The problem is I don't have an Eyasluna to pair with it, because I've angered the RNG gods.
usually, i’d NEVER want mulligan, but since i suck, it’s a very handy perk. the white reticle is hard to see sometimes. that’s the only thing i don’t like about it
I was under the impression that Heating Up/Opening Shot's "Accuracy Cone Growth" stat on d2gunsmith referred to reducing the accuracy cone growth/bloom? They don't affect the accuracy reticule indicator when active and the gun hasn't been fired. I do think the other perks for Heating Up are good for a sniper, but on a non-rapid fire sniper I don't feel like I run into bloom that often.

I got my hands on a heating up snapshot, the other perks are small and full bore, tac mag and steady rounds. Haven’t tried it, but I’m not exactly a sniper person usually. Cloudstrike is a exception, but for some reason the game doesn’t get that and keeps giving me top tier sniper rolls. Eye of sol, occluded, Uzume, frozen orbit, twilight oath, I keep getting good ones, but for some reason they don’t fit? By all means they are great roles tho.
I have question perhaps underlated to the sniper: I'm kinda new to M&K i try to learn it but as a controller player since forever it's real hard to adjust to. I got a mouse that's usually on 2.000DPI Now at that DPI, is there any sensetivity and ADS modifiers you could recommend? I know sensetivity is very per-person, but i keep finding it hard to get a good balance. It's either way to slow or just to fast.
Good point, but I like my perks that help me immediately instead of waiting for a kill. Sure heating up is awesome on a fusion or sniper, but I’d rather rock under pressure for the immediate help.
This is actually the roll I just got. Tried it out in PVE just messing around but haven't taken it into crucible yet (having too much fun with Forerunner). We'll see if it dethrones my Occluded.
tbh i've played with an eh roll on the 1k yard and it feels so much like my beloved LDR, love it! also, I second ur opinion on sniper feel, my favorite snipe in D2 at the moment is ikelos. like it can't even roll snap but it feels so good
That's funny, the only two snapshots I got yesterday were heating up and firmly planted, both help cone growth. Also heating up shouldn't be slept on for Eyasluna, I thought it'd be a waste since it mostly boosts recoil direction but the 15% cone growth per stack honestly feels better than what rapid hit achieves.
I just got this roll, all perks the same and mw except the barrel perks. I got hammer forged and polygonal instead. I don't usually keep guns with heating up, but seeing it on here made me curious. Do you still stand by this roll? I felt that it would be pretty good for pvp.
Man ! Dude ! Why is it that on the second video of yours I watch it pertains to the sniper that I currently main. I love this sniper mine is extended barrel, and AR with those same two perks. I slapped on quick access sling and a handcannon dexterity mods and a sniper helmet mod . And I damn near feel like I have a QuickDraw snapshot .
While I appreciate the new God role suggestion, I value consistently over kill chaining potential. I am not aggressive enough and accurate enough to make use of heating up... oh well
I've got the same roll man. I swear when you get that initial kill and heating up kicks in, you just can't miss lol i suck at sniping n I've have numerous triple and lights out with this thing lol it's so freaking powerful on a sniper.
The new Season of Haunted arc sniper comes with heating up, I was getting interested in farming 1k Stare when it dropped for me! No opening shot possible though.
I especially like this review because I am extremely picky with rolls. I only usually keep rolls that I either really need or have a great perk combo. Rolls like Genesis + Shield Disorient or Demo +Andreline are what I really like. A roll like kill clip and heating up is definitely really good but I would discard it since I would only want something like sympathetic, tunnel vision or outlaw
I’m the same way. I only pair certain perks together based on synergy. Like pulse monitor/eye of the storm. They dropped the ball on the new swords. Would have loved to pair eager edge with harmony or en garde
@Eric Martinez Yeah I immediately checked for both of those perk combos too when I learned about eager edge. I also wanted assassin's blade eager edge. Sadly none of those perk combos are possible. It's also disappointing to see that tricorn demo isn't on any of the new weapons, or left column wellspring. I am pretty happy about disruption + genesis on the trace though.
@@akurei4532 yea I want that roll as well but really lolking forward to frenzy on the trace. Working on a shield break build for arbalest. I have a ikelos hc with genesis disruption break now I need the stupid heretic to drop with that roll.
@Eric Martinez I had no idea that the heretic could roll with that. That's an interesting roll for a rocket launcher for sure. I'm not sure if I would want a shield break perk on a rocket but I definitely respect the concept. I have distribution + shield disorient on zealots though and it's one of my favorite Fusions. I also got motion + brute on the battler which is a great aggressive pve perk combo. As for a frenzy trace, I got one with subsistence and great barrel/mods/masterwork. Trace rifles are my favorite and its now a staple in my pve and pvp loadouts. On a side note, did you see how glaciocasm now has reservoir burst with subsistence? it's one of the best perk combos I've seen in a while.
I got a pretty dud roll on my first one. Even without Snapshot, the slow ADS it feels really good, the sights are great! I'm rubbish at PVP Sniping, barely touched it since Beloved was Sunset, so that Quickdraw x Snapshot roll definitely catches my eye! Now knowing it comes with Heating Up? Absolutely will be looking for this!! I have this seasons High Impact AR that most people aren't too fond of, I have Heating Up x Dragonfly with a Stability Masterwork & I can easily control it, I cant even begin to imagine how nutty that will be on a Sniper!! Pacing your shots, having longer between shots to reset a little before the next. No doubt that roll will be insanely great.

@@CoolGuyGames I feel like Snapshot/firmly planted is the play. All you have to do is crouch for more benefits than x1 Heating Up. Don't get me wrong, I still want to try Snapshot/Heating Up but my snapshot firmly planted Eye of Sol is my bae right now.

That was my first drop in the dungeon! Snapshot heating up with handling and smallbore. It's not my favorite scope but it feels great.

My first roll was actually a Heating Up/Snapshot roll, though it has fluted/Polygonal in column 1 and Steady Rounds/Alloy Mag in column 2 and a range masterwork. I love this thing in PvP! It just feels so good to use.
Got a snapshot/quickdraw with a handling masterwork on my second time through the dungeon. Definitely my new favorite sniper!

Eye of Sol with Snapshot and Opening Shot
My favorite sniper was Stillpiercer...I was so upset when they changed the zoom value on it (can't quite remember what exactly the change was) which totally ruined the feel for me
I got this snapshot heating up roll roll on my second sniper. I was like "well I guess I'm done grinding that one"
I got the 1000 yard stare with Snap Shot, Heating Up, Tac Mag and Fluted Barrel with a Handling MW. Let me tell you; its absolutely cracked. Within the first 2 hours of playing Iron Banner with it; I racked up damn near 110+ kills with it. I've found my go to sniper now.
I didn't know it improved the cones. Heating up is now my favorite perk in the game. I am most definitely farming this out as a sniper main.

I jump around a lot. Even tried twilight again recently. The rapid fire frames need a range buff. Literally with low zoom and low range these are not sticky at all. Occluded finality is super sticky even with the bad zoom it rocks out. My favorite is still long shadow with snapshot, explosive rounds, ata scout sight.
I used one with arrow head brake/accurized rounds/ heating up and snap with a range master work and its feels so good! I got so much mission controls with it

Honest question, wouldnt under pressure do the same thing without requiring a kill? Occluded can get it but without snapshot (its the noscope meme gun anyways), shepards watch can get it with snap but cant be farmed (and has 50 zoom), but that leaves tranquility, which can get UP snapshot, has 45 zoom, can be target farmed, and has 4 bullets instead of 3 so at 2 ammo you get the 25% accuracy boost and 50% boost at 1 bullet.

It’s odd but I tried a bunch of occluded’s because I liked the gun and landed on a under pressure/opening shot/range MW roll that ended up outperforming everything else (for me).
Ofc it could just be opening shot that was doing it but it has made me think twice when I found a gun that wasn’t a fusion with under pressure.
I love how CoolGuy gets straight into the video and none of those long silly intros that my other subs have.
My favorite snipe is frozen orbit with firmly planted opening shot lmao. 50 zoom, 100 accuracy, effectively 68 AA with opening shot, so about 1.2 degrees AA cone angle on that first bullet. Obviously its as slow as me getting ready for school on a Monday morning but I'm boring and all I do with snipers anyway is hold angles and click, so its perfect. The ultimate cone sniper.
I don’t get why people get so excited about accuracy on snipers. How does accuracy affect aim assist? Why is it so important?
@@lq1535 the accuracy stat goes hand in hand with the AA stat. A high accuracy stat takes full use of the AA stat. Like landing a shot through flinch as an example. Near zero bullet deviation.

As someone who hates using shotguns and prefers sniping, I can’t wait to farm this thing, I’m primarily using a snapshot vorpal uzume and a QD OS preadeths but having a 3rd option can’t hurt

I always wanted to get better at sniping. I have a few i've liked but i always end up shotgun aping after i get frustrated lol.
Then again... it has been a little while since i tried to train up a bit so maybe it might be worth farming one of these :)
Talking about this has me want to dust off my snapshot/vorpal Uzume RR4... the zoom is a bit long on it but for some reason it has been my favorite sniper in recent years. Something with the "feel" you mentioned i guess lol. Only sniper i ever broke 200 kills with (and that was as someone who sucks at sniping over a relatively short period).
Anyway, love the anniversary weapons. Good stuff on a lot of these, honestly :)

I'll definitely be trying out just about every roll combination I can get my hands on, but unpopular opinion: I'm eyeing Perpetual Motion/QD + Mulligan for my god roll.
Before I got my snapshot+QD beloved, I put about 600 kills on a Mulligan+QD roll. I didn't expect much from mulligan, but I was pleasantly surprised how often it procced for me, even if it was just once or twice per game. IMO, giving ammo back for a sniper has the potential to be just as match-changing in 3v3 as any other perk in that column.
Gunsmith says Mulligan has about a 20% chance to return ammo on a missed shot, that's 1/5 times you get flinched off the head, or take a wild jump-shot, or a teammate accidentally strafes in front of you. With a minimum amount of 10 ammo per trials match (5 rounds x 2 ammo per round), even if you missed every shot, statistically, you'd get 2 ammo back for free. Only 3 other snipers can currently roll Mulligan, and this is the only Adaptive Frame.

Got this perk combo on one of my clears (forget whether it was normal or master). I dont snipe, so it was thrown in my vault - Full Bore/ Polygonal, flared magwell/tactical mag, heating up and snapshot with a range masterwork.

Hey cool want basically QuickDraw on your heating up snapshot roll. Trust me run QUICK ACCESS SLING. It got a buff and basically now is quickdraw as a mod

Heating up has made rapid fire pulse rifles feel fantastic so I'll keep an eye on it maybe.
I’ve only had one drop for me. It dropped with Small Bore, Accurized Rounds, Quickdraw, Snapshot with a stability masterwork. Not sure I need another one if I’m honest
my Heating Up + Snapshot roll is doing work for me, it feels so on point and it gets even deadlier once a kill happens. so it just makes it so you can’t miss once you get started!

I had a snapshot + box-breathing Tatara Gaze (Black armory weapon) n it was those most forgiving/crispy sniper I've ever used. Sadly, it was sunsetted but the 1kYS feels SO good, really enjoying grinding the 30th anniversary gear

I miss my 1000 Yard in D1. It was my prized possession, a legendary Black Spindle. Triple Tap and Mulligan. The DPS on it was insane. Topped with reload speed gloves and you could literally shoot 8 shots before even reloading.
Now it's just PVP weapon.
First, and only, 1000 yard stare I've gotten so far dropped with snapshot sights and perpetual motion. So I'm pretty happy lol.

I got the heating up roll , I fine its not bad but the god roll I think is Snap / Perpetual motion with handling master. It feels so crispy and snappy.. If you havent tried it you need to. Love the channel !!

Honestly, I got a few rolls and they didn't really do anything for me. I'd like to try some better roles, but in the end I just think I prefer Frozen Orbit for a legendary sniper. Feels way better to me. If I have an exotic slot open, though, it's definitely Cloudstrike. Every game nets me multiple collateral kills and it's such a smooth aiming experience. The problem is I don't have an Eyasluna to pair with it, because I've angered the RNG gods.

usually, i’d NEVER want mulligan, but since i suck, it’s a very handy perk. the white reticle is hard to see sometimes. that’s the only thing i don’t like about it
I was under the impression that Heating Up/Opening Shot's "Accuracy Cone Growth" stat on d2gunsmith referred to reducing the accuracy cone growth/bloom? They don't affect the accuracy reticule indicator when active and the gun hasn't been fired. I do think the other perks for Heating Up are good for a sniper, but on a non-rapid fire sniper I don't feel like I run into bloom that often.

I got my hands on a heating up snapshot, the other perks are small and full bore, tac mag and steady rounds. Haven’t tried it, but I’m not exactly a sniper person usually. Cloudstrike is a exception, but for some reason the game doesn’t get that and keeps giving me top tier sniper rolls. Eye of sol, occluded, Uzume, frozen orbit, twilight oath, I keep getting good ones, but for some reason they don’t fit? By all means they are great roles tho.

I have question perhaps underlated to the sniper: I'm kinda new to M&K i try to learn it but as a controller player since forever it's real hard to adjust to. I got a mouse that's usually on 2.000DPI Now at that DPI, is there any sensetivity and ADS modifiers you could recommend? I know sensetivity is very per-person, but i keep finding it hard to get a good balance. It's either way to slow or just to fast.
Good point, but I like my perks that help me immediately instead of waiting for a kill. Sure heating up is awesome on a fusion or sniper, but I’d rather rock under pressure for the immediate help.

This is actually the roll I just got. Tried it out in PVE just messing around but haven't taken it into crucible yet (having too much fun with Forerunner). We'll see if it dethrones my Occluded.

tbh i've played with an eh roll on the 1k yard and it feels so much like my beloved LDR, love it! also, I second ur opinion on sniper feel, my favorite snipe in D2 at the moment is ikelos. like it can't even roll snap but it feels so good

That's funny, the only two snapshots I got yesterday were heating up and firmly planted, both help cone growth. Also heating up shouldn't be slept on for Eyasluna, I thought it'd be a waste since it mostly boosts recoil direction but the 15% cone growth per stack honestly feels better than what rapid hit achieves.

I just got this roll, all perks the same and mw except the barrel perks. I got hammer forged and polygonal instead. I don't usually keep guns with heating up, but seeing it on here made me curious. Do you still stand by this roll? I felt that it would be pretty good for pvp.

Man ! Dude ! Why is it that on the second video of yours I watch it pertains to the sniper that I currently main. I love this sniper mine is extended barrel, and AR with those same two perks. I slapped on quick access sling and a handcannon dexterity mods and a sniper helmet mod . And I damn near feel like I have a QuickDraw snapshot .

While I appreciate the new God role suggestion, I value consistently over kill chaining potential. I am not aggressive enough and accurate enough to make use of heating up... oh well
QD is a 1 sec swap and stow. I get consistency, but other perks are consistent as well.
I have the quick draw/snap roll and the heating up/snap roll and I’d say the heating up/snap is definitely better

I've got the same roll man. I swear when you get that initial kill and heating up kicks in, you just can't miss lol i suck at sniping n I've have numerous triple and lights out with this thing lol it's so freaking powerful on a sniper.
I somehow got the snapshot Quickdraw range MW roll on my first drop. I’ve learned that snapshot is a must for me… snipers without it feel wrong
My favorite sniper in the game is currently the Uzume RR4. I literally cant explain why but it just feels more consistent with me.
The new Season of Haunted arc sniper comes with heating up, I was getting interested in farming 1k Stare when it dropped for me! No opening shot possible though.
I especially like this review because I am extremely picky with rolls. I only usually keep rolls that I either really need or have a great perk combo. Rolls like Genesis + Shield Disorient or Demo +Andreline are what I really like. A roll like kill clip and heating up is definitely really good but I would discard it since I would only want something like sympathetic, tunnel vision or outlaw
I’m the same way. I only pair certain perks together based on synergy. Like pulse monitor/eye of the storm. They dropped the ball on the new swords. Would have loved to pair eager edge with harmony or en garde
@Eric Martinez Yeah I immediately checked for both of those perk combos too when I learned about eager edge. I also wanted assassin's blade eager edge. Sadly none of those perk combos are possible. It's also disappointing to see that tricorn demo isn't on any of the new weapons, or left column wellspring. I am pretty happy about disruption + genesis on the trace though.
@@akurei4532 yea I want that roll as well but really lolking forward to frenzy on the trace. Working on a shield break build for arbalest. I have a ikelos hc with genesis disruption break now I need the stupid heretic to drop with that roll.
@Eric Martinez I had no idea that the heretic could roll with that. That's an interesting roll for a rocket launcher for sure. I'm not sure if I would want a shield break perk on a rocket but I definitely respect the concept. I have distribution + shield disorient on zealots though and it's one of my favorite Fusions. I also got motion + brute on the battler which is a great aggressive pve perk combo. As for a frenzy trace, I got one with subsistence and great barrel/mods/masterwork. Trace rifles are my favorite and its now a staple in my pve and pvp loadouts. On a side note, did you see how glaciocasm now has reservoir burst with subsistence? it's one of the best perk combos I've seen in a while.

I got a pretty dud roll on my first one. Even without Snapshot, the slow ADS it feels really good, the sights are great! I'm rubbish at PVP Sniping, barely touched it since Beloved was Sunset, so that Quickdraw x Snapshot roll definitely catches my eye! Now knowing it comes with Heating Up? Absolutely will be looking for this!! I have this seasons High Impact AR that most people aren't too fond of, I have Heating Up x Dragonfly with a Stability Masterwork & I can easily control it, I cant even begin to imagine how nutty that will be on a Sniper!! Pacing your shots, having longer between shots to reset a little before the next. No doubt that roll will be insanely great.
I just completed the dungeon for the first time and got an Accurized Tac-Mag No-Distractions Snapshot. Almost perfect! :D
