They were showcasing in Montreal recently ..and they were really good.. Also Florida back in Feb. Heard them twice now. I'd still like to hear them in more ideal settings than a hotel .. So I'll have to report on them again when I get to Axpona in 2 weeks.
@P-LOWN1997 ... 'most' ... = They were actually being demo'd in person. I said " really good " as a response to the volume of playback.. and I believe the Accuphase Integrated Amp in Montreal had a REALLY good impact for Music.. That Amp.. might have cost more than the entire room of speakers.
Those speakers are not for me. I prefer having (double or stereo) subs outside of my tower speakers, with which I can play with their placement inside my listening room.
I find it funny that (Svs) they are selective and who can tell the truth on their products and not, I’m glad that you’re able to because some reviewers when they told the truth they pulled back on there relationship with a lot of these reviews because of telling the truth
@@Kpaceguy I have the Arendal 1723s @ 3800 a pair. Very good sound and build quality. It's going to take a lot from these Evolutions to convince me they are worth 5000.

I’m glad they’re focusing more on their fooor models. Centers and surround speakers.

I’ve heard them in person at axpona. With modest amplification They are the real deal. The $5K mark is very competitive .

And some people have pointed out that the tweeters are placed quite, maybe too, low...
I'm disappointed the center channel doesn't include 8 inch drivers.
They look like wanna be Focal speakers.

You can also get a good pair of Golden Ear Triton One Rs with 1600 watt built in Subs for $5K
7 drivers. Need a lot of power. What is the sensitive?
