I’m digging these K900’s! I want a relatively cheap, V8 powered, RWD sedan and this looks like something I can get behind! The Chargers/300’s are my favorites, but are kind of pricey, plus folks getting jacked for those Hemi’s!
Also if you get this car, you absolutely need an extended warranty, a Kia warranty not a 3rd party or aftermarket one. The parts on these cars are insanely expensive. The drivers seat on our car stoppes moving back and forth, and they have to replace the entire seat, cost? $5k!!! Luckily we have an extended warranty and its covered, as well as the truck lock/switch relay thing, that was $2k!!!
Great review! However, I don't think it's fair to say the car better be this and better be that as a result of the price. When Mercedes and BMW are not subjected to being more reliable as a result of their price.
I’ve been looking into getting one of these lately and am curious if it’s very expensive to fix if something goes wrong. For example if those headlights are broken is that like a $3,000 fix like on some other luxury cars?
Cheaper than most luxury cars! however that V8 isn't found in many cars and so it can be pricey in terms of that and transmission, but these in stock form are proving to be reliable. I would compare maintenance and repair costs to that of Acura/Lexus. I would also ask some of the guys in the K900 forums they are a good owners group. They were helpful when I asked questions. Check em out on FB
Hi lucas i own the car but yes they are on the more expensive end in terms of like headlights or glass and other mechanical parts due to the rarity of the car in the united states. the 2015-2016 models only had 4000 of them sell in the states so if things do go wrong it will be on the more expensive side if compared to like a ford fusion or chevy impala. however the car has proven to be very reliable and it definitely sees no days off from my lead foot!
Hey man I have a 2015 genesis sedan 5.0. They came with dual air intakes maybe you guys could possible adapt them for your cars. Love the engine in these things
I think that's a great deal! These are holding up well long term from what I've seen. Maybe hop on some of the forums and see where people are around that mileage but price wise you're right on the money
have you had any issues with this car? Looking at this or a equus, hoping they hold up with higher miles. Also im curious to see how it would sound with a exhaust system with the v8 haha
I've always liked this car. I even considered it at some point but didn't get it because it is RWD and I live in New York. I went with the Lexus GS 350 AWD F Sport instead. But other than that I think it's a fantastic car.
I'm actually trying to decide between the k900, hyundai Equus, or the Lexus gs 350 AWD. I understand the Lexus gs 350 is a different type car than the k900 and Equus. I live in Richmond Virginia and won't be traveling in that much snow but I would love knowing that I have the AWD with the Lexus. 🤷🏾♂️
@@MrMshaka if u get a Lexus gs350 make sure it’s the year when the flex/gas pipe is fixed. Gs350 awd is excellent in the snow . But I’m getting one of this K900
Honestly it is! And even if they weren't the warranty on them is fantastic. Hyundai is really taking the time to put out great cars. I went on the forums and have not seen much negative on them
I own the VIP Edition and love it. You get 95% of the tech, comfort, and convenience of an S-class/A8/7-series/LS, but $20-40K cheaper. Plus its warranty is twice as better than the aforementioned rivals. The only drawback is the city fuel economy. However, it compensates for it by NOT requiring premium. It takes unleaded all day. Love the heads up display, 30GB HDD for movies and music, as well as the DVD player. Concisely, I would buy 10 of these before ever paying $100K for a similarly or less equipped rival.

True about the Chargers this is for sure comparable and better in many ways!
Dodge doesn’t come close to this in luxury aspect

You have the best k900 review on RUclips!
That means a lot since this was one of my first vids haha. Appreciate you leaving a comment!

Thats a fair statement, reliability and price though are tough since so many brands get away with it in exchange for the image they hold *Mclaren*
I have one and I love it especially with a muffler delete
True! Solid sound right there

So should I get this or the Hyundai Genesis? 🤔
@superdude7459 pretty much the same car unless u can get awd genesis
they also have a v6 option with the 2015s + too
Facts! Great motor
I think I'd choose the V6 👍🏾
I've been looking at them..

Appreciate your support John!
No doubt. You gonna do the Kia Stinger?
@@johnphom1136 I am! I was supposed to do one already but I had fun driving and forgot to film and need to set something up with the owner!
Lol I feel ya. I tested one the other day and had a smile on my face the whole time. Aight man looking forward to it.
Looking at 2015 with 62k and its being sold for 16k~ do you think thats a good deal?

Mineral silver I believe!

Haha I'd imagine the exhaust note would be nice. This is my buddies he has had no trouble it's holding up great! Still recommend
