Having owned several budget projectors, including Artlii Energon 2 & DB power 9500, my biggest gripe is that these manufacturers don't seem to provide support for Replacement bulbs. I guess, for $200-300, it's not a big surprise, but without these accessories being available, long term use seems unlikely.
Nice review. For me they could let the speakers away. I prefer my own sound system over those build in speakers. I don't like the sound coming from behind. I have a similar projector. This one seems to have a brighter picture. About the color, I think "the darkknight" is right... maybe you should considering repainting your wall or really using a screen...

Chigz, I think (yeah my opinion obviously lol), maybe you should repaint that wall where you test projectors like this to more a flat, matt white, or for projectors that have an output higher than 3,500 lumens - even a flat/matt light grey. This must surely help bring out the better whites and make the colours pop even more. I am myself, considering a projector over a TV as, to get a a GOOD TV with 60"+ inches with minimum 1080 and 'Smart'/Android functionality can cost double the cost of this projector alone. Being in a fairly strict rented accomadation (personal decorating is a no no) I had a quick Google for this sort of thing and found i might have to make some sort of 100-120" light weight wood frame with a light grey sheet... 🤔😎🇬🇧
This one needs some work to have it alittle more appealing.tge cons do hurt it.. and as you stated at that pr6 you can get a better product.. thank you chigz as usual..😁😁😁👍👍👍
Light source brightness is 8500 which is around 600ansi. Light source brightness is the brightness measured directly from the projector’s light source.
Can you please invest in a 4k camera? Even budget phones have higher resolution than 1080p. 1080p youtube videos are so old now. You miss so many details in 1080p
