      @@MikeFerryOrg I read MFO affirmations daily which I learned from Larry Kozak a while back. I have definitely a lot of room for improvement and your suggestions are essential to incorporate into daily routine. It is difficult to change habits and I find MFO videos helpful to go back on the track.
