I can already see how amazing a fully completed game would be: - 4 main elements + the variants (metal and lighting) - more diverse PvP environments - open world map - quests following the main Avatar story - some customisability with the player moveset - swapping between elements, and each element has unique casting motions

playing this game for the first time was one hell of experience 😂
I'm so glad this game actually released. I've been playing the alpha/download from website stage for months, learning the forms to muscle memory. I remember one time during MMA I tried to make a wall into a punch and I got grappled instantly having to tap out the reason I did the wall into a punch because of the dopamine that I experienced before when I had just learned my first combo in beta what included a rock jump into the earthquake type when you land and hit the target.
I can already see how amazing a fully completed game would be:
- 4 main elements + the variants (metal and lighting)
- more diverse PvP environments
- open world map
- quests following the main Avatar story
- some customisability with the player moveset
- swapping between elements, and each element has unique casting motions
One way trip to get sued unless you get a license
@@NiMC1 I don't think that you can own these powers or have specific movements. The "ninjas who control the elements" trope has existed in multiple medias.
@@bonesberattled8362 No you very well could it would be very obvious it’s copying avatar unless they make their own moves and it says “following the main avatar story” which is also a way to get sued
@@NiMC1 There are ways to avoid copyright even with that. People have done that plenty of times in the past. You just need to change it up a bit.
@@bonesberattled8362The devs can’t legally sell a game that exists in the avatar universe without getting permission. They could make a free one tho. But if Avatar was smart they would fund the development of the game, because it would be a great compliment to the live action series they’re producing
Dude I was literally thinking "damn how cool would it be if we had Avatar and element bending for VR?" The future seem BRIGHT AF
This makes me want a pro bending game so bad
One second in and I’m already giggling harder than any other RUclipsr I watch, I’ll never know how you do it
GIGGLING A WOMAN
did he punch a wall irl? hehe
I know right, something about habie's videos give off just makes me laugh every time
@@recitationtohear was I just tricked into watching a video about making potato?
@@Jdcisnothuman bro, what?
This is a certified rock and stone moment
For Karl!
Rock and Stone!!!
Didn’t think I’d find other mushroom lovers here. Rock and Stone forever!
DID I HEAR A ROCK AND STONE?!
I’ve been looking at this game for a little while. I’m so glad you’re making a video on it.
this game is def a workout. i like how it really makes you get up and get active. im actually sore from the matches and training on the dummy.
its been a year, has he learned how to surf off stone walls midair yet?
I hope they add more elements. Water would be fun. Fire would be rocket. Air would be terrifying .
Glad to see you playing man! Been loving the game lately. Been hoping to see some more creators show it some love
I think it's awesome having to genuinely learn, it feels that much mor rewarding when not only do you do it, but you start learning, you watch your opponent and when they make a strike, you raise a block, then retaliate, and that's what VR is, making you feel like an actual Earthbender/Ninja/whatever else.
If they base it on the actual 4 (perhaps simplified) martial arts styles the bending styles are based on that would be crazy..
really glad you picked this game up, been watining on it for a year now and i was scared it was gonna flop because of bonelabs
dear god of smoothbrains habie, i can't explain how tf you are able to constantly post such amazing content and regularly make awesome twitch streams while also working eight hours a day. thanks man. to make it fair i won't stop saying nice stuff to you and the community. we all deserve the love. feel loved y'all and habie: i still don't know how you can do all of this but you're truly awesome, keep it up!
As a fellow computer worker, on and off office hours, I can warmly recommend Kayak VR Mirage and a broomstick. Totally engaging, various degrees of challenges, a nice skill based progression, and you'll sweat your banana off. Enjoy!
They NEED to add this to the oculus quest 2
Need a game like this but for dragonball-style energy moves
It’s basically the equivalent of thrill of the fight pain wise
2:10 had a thought about this
it's not actually your fault
that sort of thing is hard to remember or keep track of if you haven't had literal actual martial arts training
i did karate for years when i was a kid, so it comes fairly naturally to me
you're not incompetent, you're just normal lmao
Imagine Habie trying to play thrill of the fight for 10 minutes straight
the leaderboard should just an infinitely top player with an unattainable amount of points named 'toph'
This is the first sport I’ve seen that’s actually piqued my interest.
Being completely tired out and sweaty from THIS…yes…yes give me some of that.
Yo habie, i love your stuff. it always lightens up my day. Keep up the good work!
It's still crazy to me that you work a full time job and still have time to make such amazing content!
he literally just plays video games and livestreams. im sure it's not so hard that he can't do that alongside a fulltime job
@Martin Karlsson and how long would that take? couple hours? plus, it's not like he's doing all of that in one day
@@tonyisnotdead editing takes a day or week or a month or even 6 months, there isnt just a automatic editing button
@@tonyisnotdead yeah editing is really time-consuming. plus after working 8 hours it's really hard to focus on anything, even if it is a hobby.
@@tonyisnotdead no wonder you say that your videos are trash lol
I'm so happy that you're showcasing this game, it deserves all the attention it gets :D
habie, i will never skip the atomic brain section.
I don't think anyone does
and here I thought Beat Saber was exhausting 😭😭
Only started watching your channel today but I am loving just genuinely checking out some cool games I would have never seen otherwise. The tone and light humor and delicious, keep up the work my dude, I know how grueling that editing can be, God Bless
This looks fun and I can use more VR games that give a cardiovascular workout as stated lol. I'm not big on pvp though, so if I do get this I'd probably end up just messing about in that lobby area and fighting the training bot.
This game has so much potential I hope it will take off
Refreshing to watch a "bad" gamer for once!! Everyone does not have talent, yet we can all enjoy the game! Keep it up! Thanks for a good video.
Learning form first to play the game. Sounds like how bending would be like. I mean bending does take heavy inspiration from real life martial arts, and getting the most damage from that would require form
“The heart health of a small English ferret” 😂😂😂
0:13 I laughed and idk why LMFAO
"Thank you, random internet stranger, for the privilege of your time"
No, THANK YOU for creating this content! I'm looking forward to many hilarious vr games to (eventually) come to the PSVR2 (I'm EXTREMELY STOKED), like that GTA clone, or this avatar like-game!
Thanks to you for covering all the indies!
I forgot that habie doesn’t do RUclips full time, honestly at this rate he’d prob be able to
This is the first game that actually makes me want to buy a vr set
as an martial artist this game looks hella fun
Hey habie thanks for laughs man, I've had a rough couple of days and this helps more than you know
Finally Habie has looked at this game. I've been waiting for something to boost the player count.
I tried to enjoy this game, but I would die if I played any longer.
Seems like a great way to exercise.
alright alright alright but here's the thing tho…
*now we need every single kind of bending*
I cant help but find this very entertaining. Not just the video but the game itself! This reminds me of the beginning of the ordinal scale movie where they had the introduction scene. I never really used VR before but i am starting to become interested. What’s it like using steam? Or what VR headset do you like to use?
massive skill issue ngl
With him or the game
7:51 LMAO
Someone: e-sport isn't sport!
Rumble: Hold my black belt.
they should make an avatar game like this for sure
I think it's great that vr stimulates physical exercise, because the key to be good in this game for example is that you have to be in a better shape than your opponent. In a way you have to do real life leveling up
I feel like it's a very well made way to trick people into exercise. Because.... hell yeah, if i can feel like Aang, I'll exercise for hours!!
For those who want to know , the background music used in the video is called 'NoMBe | Twisted Bandits All Around Me'
“Heart health of a small English ferret” omg this sent me 😂😂
This is literally the exact kind of game I wanted to play in VR.😮
Now imagine a Naruto VR game where you actually have to fold hand signs yourself
Really hope the devs for Rumble make variants for other elements. Imagine Firebending, Waterbending, Airbending...hell, even other elemental stuff like metal, wood, death, etc. Would be great to see!
@@sdrawkcabmiay was mostly thinking in the future, like maybe even as its own game rather than adding it onto Rumble. What they've got so far looks amazing, I'm definitely going to get my hands on it once I get a VR setup
Howard is agony alright.
AGONY KAI.
SQUARE UP.
On your feet twinkle toes!! Horse stance!
The fists were RIGHT there to guide him the whole time 😭
Watched this video right when it came out cause I was so excited to play this game, finally got a pc that can run vr 10 months later, bought this game, played it until my headset died, threw maybe two rocks, watched the video again, now I am sitting in my chair punching the air to practice keeping my palm facing inward while my headset charges next to me
