Hi there and thank you for popping by. Yes I do find my hair is easier to manage, I don't retwist my hair at every wash so I can retwist like once in 2 months which means my hair is literally wash and go. My hair is the type that grows thicker rather than really longer so I was getting overwhelmed. No I have not locked my daughter's hair, she loves her hair loose at the moment and learning to style her own hair
That's very interesting so your hair is not permanently loc'd? I ask because you say you retwist it once every two months? I was following your journey for some time and reached waist length with my natural hair but it was becoming too heavy for me so I big chopped. I've since started growing it again and I am looking forward to seeing how you navigate your way through your newly styled hair😉 Please could also include videos on how you help your daughter maintain her hair? 😅 I'm having a bit of trouble maintaining my toddler daughter's natural hair, she has a head full of hair and detangling is a nightmare 😖
@@GodsWill390 my hair is permanently locked. Yeah I found that this was a better solution to managing the length and volume without having to cut. People manage knee length locs easier than loose natural hair so it was a great solution for me
Yes I do on wash days at times, but I alternate my remedies, on other wash days I do henna and hibiscus tea, and then on others just apple cider vinegar rinse
@LuciaCharlesCharles no mostly once every 3 weeks. I still oil my scalp and very little oil on my hair. I like to use hydrating sprays for my hair and not so much oil to prevent buildup and attracting lint
Your hair looks lovely and so do you😊 Do you find your hair is now easier to manage than before? Also did you loc your daughter's hair too?
