Keep the uploads coming man we love to see any "mode" xjs video on the net. Not enough of them out. I am looking to do the same thing but I think I will make a full rollpan and paint the whole thing. I don't personally like the creases and I'd delete where the exhaust went. Great work though it's just a personal taste for me
I appreciate the support! Yeah I agree with you about the creases. I left the pan there so the chrome “bumper” can still bolt up to the car. I do plan on making a pan for the exhaust holes, would look a lot cleaner! Paint is next 🍻
I will share with you what I did to my bumpers. After removing crash beams and rubber cover as you did, I welded the chrome plates to another set, making a solid looking old school chrome bumper. I left the old mount holes. You can put bike reflectors there.
Great job, bro.. crazy question, but here in Ontario, Canada we would be shot if we removed our bumpers.. we can't even have any broken or hanging bumpers.. very surprised you can do that.. also heard you where going with different rims.. my son and I just put TSW - LUCO. 18"×8.5" with 265/40 rears and 265/35 in fronts.. you must tell me your size and problems if any... have you come across anyone that sells longer front wheel studs? Thanks and keep up the great job. P.S. your painter seemed very genuine and kind.. 👍
That’s pretty wild! Here is the U.S. if the car is over 25 years old, it doesn’t need to meet SOME federal rules. I’m going to be getting some new wheels soon. I’ve been working on adapting Wilwood pro street hubs to the front for some time. They make 1 1/2,2 and 3 inch studs.
Cool car and like the delete …but …what is up with so many garage techs using cut off wheel angle grinders with the safety guard removed ??? In a microsecond you are maimed / bleeding and headed for the ER hospital.
Not enough love in the world for the XJS. It’s such a cool ride, thanks for the upload! Cheers from Sydney, Australia.
I can’t agree with you more. I appreciate you taking the time to watch the video! More videos to come.

Love how he says "what are we doing next" and its one guy doing it.
Haha was not expecting the Mazda to have a SBC with A 91MM turbo... Love it.
Love how the bumper delete looks. Keep up the good work!
Also have an XJS, this looks great!
