- Follow along and do this very fun and sweaty 20 minute upper body workout using dumbbells. This workout routine is low impact and targets the full upper body including back (traps, erector spinae and latissimus dorsi), chest, arms (bicep and triceps), shoulders, core and abs. This easy to follow resistance training session will help you build muscle, increase your strength, build your endurance, burn fat and calories as well as tone your upper body. Get your mat out and let's get sweating!

I’m glad you enjoyed the workout. When you have days like this you can take an active recovery day or rest day. This will aid recovery and allow you to get the most out of your workouts. It also reduces risk or injury and fatigue. These days are just as important than training days.
Active rest days can look like going on a brisk walk or light jog with / some mobility/ stretch work. These stretches can be static or dynamic . A complete rest day = chilling on the sofa watching Netflix 😉 or what ever it is that helps you relax 🤗

i wanted to ask how much of the burning muscle feeling is safe?? i felt pain all through the current 5 days of doing the 14 days belly fat exercises but i was able to complete them with little to no breaks so im unsure if my muscles are injured or the burn is real. i can feel burning even if i slightly change posture for reference. im new to workouts so i cant put my finger on it
